The originally chosen location that is close to my home/moving area was in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. An hour before pick-up time, I was informed my order would not be able to be completed at that location, and instead was routed to a pick-up location that was 15 miles in the other direction. It was disappointing, and frustrating, especially since it was such short notice, and because I pay for mileage and this change added an additional 30+ miles than I had budgeted for.

The experience was a bit below average. The cup holder was full of water and the trailer area was full of dirt and leaves.
