David GMake sure that is enough gas to get to your destination at lease 1/2 tank of gas.
Carol VTruck was dirty, not filled up with gas like it was supposed to be before a customer rents it. I put $20 in gas when I picked it up cause it was almost on E, when I returned it, the gas was back at 1/4 tank where it was when I got it, they charged my card another $50 for putting gas in there. I’m not happy! The brakes need to be checked on it as well.

Sandra TWould like some kind of documentation or email for my records to show that the truck was returned within the time period specified, with correct amount of fuel, and also that the truck was in satisfactory condition. I did receive a print out when I picked the truck up. Just don't want to find out that I need the documentation later, and do not have it. My email address is on file with Uhaul.

Herbert PI was charged more for a wrong drop off than I was for renting the vehicles 6 days. I had an unexpected emergency and could not get back to the original location. I don't think I knew I had to return it to the same place. This is insane

William CInstead of charging the customer a price then later on changing it, because I paid too much earlier, set a $100.00 price for the start of the use of the equipment. When completed, then any additional fees should be explained then get the total price due done right the first time.

Shylo MInterior of truck was covered in dog hair and had food wrappers in it. I picked up the truck and then received a call several hours later from the regional uhaul office telling me the truck was not dispatched correctly. Not sure how that is my fault. Had to hold off loading the truck up because they were not sure if we had the right truck. Eventually was told it was the right truck but ended up putting us behind schedule. I was rushing then to pack the truck and slipped on the rear step landing on my ribs on the loading dock and fracturing two ribs. Rear steps should be coated with non-skid coating. Also original photo that guy took of the truck when I picked it up had the fuel level at 1/2 tank. When I turned it in I had 1/2 tank but the paperwork said it originally had 5/8 tank which it did not.
Austin FTruck was dirty inside...had to sweep a lot of dirt & mud out. Front end pulled to the right. Might want to check engine retarder. Downhill, after letting off gas, RPMs go above 5500 before truck downshifts, even after applying brakes.....just sounded much rougher than our previous trucks (were up to #8 or 9? In past year) The original truck we were assigned was MIA so we were given this janky one. We made it to our destination safely though!! :-)
