john wI definitely think that I should be reimbursed. They messed up my ball so that it was completely stripped. They said that they do not put the trailer on but it is U-Haul policy for them to do so they did it anyway saying that they were being a help the person at the U-Haul place in Texas said they have never seen anything like it and all their life and they can’t believe that we are alive because the bolt was not even on it. It was completely stripped and it was not put on correctly. They overcharged me and did not ask me if I wanted the insurance or not, and gave me the highest insurance rate come to find out that that U-Haul was actually too big for my vehicle and they did not tell me that either I want a refund at least partially for their terrible service and it could’ve cost me and my family our lives .
