How U-Haul Reviews WorkI selected that personnel was not helpful simply because we had no interaction with anyone as they were “closed” on Sundays and we utilized the drop box. At some point between pickup of the u-haul truck and the next day my drop off location was changed without any notice. Luckily I looked at the app before taking it to the drop off location I had chosen when setting up the reservation. I called to find out what to do because we had to return it on Sunday and not Monday because of work schedule. The location they changed it to was “closed” on Sundays and did not state that they had a drop box for the keys. The guy I talked to was really nice and helped me to the fullest extent he could. In the end it all worked out. I am not happy with my drop off location being changed without any prior notice or a phone call asking if it was ok.
Lynn SOnly that it opened too late due to I was trying to beat the heat so I wanted it around 7 but they didn't open until 9. The truck had mud inside.
