I should have been able to pick up all my Uhaul things in one place. But the other location didn't have the 15' vans for out of state. That's rather inconvenient.

Clerk was slow and in-attentive. Did not have the 12 furniture pads (which I ordered) on pickup. Only had 2 pads. Gas tank on the truck was completely empty. Had to gas it up immediately upon leaving the lot.

Our pads that we paid for were not in the truck. The young man did not seem like he knew what he was doing.
