As a first time U-Haul user, I wasn't informed of the check out process. I was only told by the cashier to park at a specific spot in the lot and drop off the key at the drop off box, so I did. I had to call support to take care of the check out, which thankfully they were able to smoothly. On top of that, the location is very sketchy. I had to wait inside the market for my Lyft because I just felt too uneasy outside. Interesting place to be a U-Haul drop off spot. I can't imagine how it would've went if I did the checkout process myself.
Jani JWorker in the store was not helpful. The Uhaul app was not while I was trying to pickup the truck. I was not given clear instructions on what I needed to do during the pickup process. The truck was missing equipment that we paid for. The truck was only on 1/4 tank
Weston WNeed to update lock boxes. Also the location is very sketchy. Felt unsafe leaving my car there.
