The owner of the store, wasn't caring enough as he was half minded both times i visited the location and as a result, I was over charged both times first day for 2 days when I only used the van for a day and second time when I had leveled up the gas to the mark I had taken it. But the uhaul staff was good and made a mind changing adjustments after I had decided to never go back again.ERMIAS N.

I have rented many uhall in the past where service and vans were clean and service was extremely polite Until I went to this location, the van smelled liked death and was disgusting The van was filthy and awful For me to be charged for cleaning of a van that was disgusting When I went to pick up the van the gentleman gave me attitude and snarky comments because I arrived a bit earlier and I was told to was 2 min for the keys but the person was not even there 30 min later. Honestly it was rude and disgusting. I just wish I never even went there in the first placeFarid A.

Truck was dirty not clean inside or out. I had to clean side view mirrors to back up the truck when picked up. Gas tank was not full only 3/4 and attendant said fill it back to same amount which I did. The worst part was returning the truck. The map didn't recognize the drop off location which I tried several times for over 45 mins as I was early to drop off by one hour. After much frustration I took pics of what was required and it shows the time line to verify. Finally I dropped off the key in slot in front of the building as the back alley drop (off location) was not well lit and a Sketchy Neighborhood and I was fearful. Please have managed look into this and make sure I am refunded back the money appropriately. I have pictures to submit as proof of my statement with the gas receipt displaying time log. Was kept waiting in store and ignored for 10 minutes until served. The check in process on the app was frustrating, if passports and other secondary idea was going to be required the confirmation should have stated that and we would have taken it with us.David B.

Ensure gas tank is completely full for each customer. Prior to returning the rental van I filled up the vehicle and to my surprise it took 12 litres to fill and I had only driven 54 km and that was not in stop and go traffic but on a freeway to the municipal dump and back. I have had a large V8 SUV which is comparable to the van I rented and on the highway it averaged about 15 l/100 km or less. The fuel consumption for the rental van worked to approximately 24 l/100 km which for this type of vehicle is much too high as the manufacturer rating is approximately 15 l/100 km as well.Stanley W.

Vehicle wasn't checked in. The tried to give me a bigger truck because the lockbox wasn't opening. I had to bring up the booking guarantee. Tank was not full. Filled it up and they refused to adjust the bill. The van was filthy and then got nothing but attitude that I brought up these deficiencies up. Can you have someone from corporate reach out to me? Pretty much the worst U-Haul experience ever. That's saying alot. Had some bad ones.James F.

I had difficulties when I returned the vehicle after hours. I used browser and it could not access location. I did check suggestions from your website and I checked location, it was on Allow. So I tried downloading your app and that is when it worked.Geo T.

Beware.. Beware...beware Terrible location. Vehicle are dirty and not cleaned for covid. Proprietors were less than honest on two occasions. The first being that they almost gave my reservation away. They let someone else upload their driver's license in the place of mine. Then they tried to overcharge me for blankets. They gave me 9 and they thought they gave me 12. They claimed I lost them and tried to cneak a charge onto my credit card. Beware.Gunther H.

The dealer's attitude was terrible even when I started talking to him. His temper kept constantly rising at every little mistake. When we arrived at the van we looked at the contract and saw that the mileage was off by 180km, and he was charging us 59 cents per kilometre used. We also found another previous client's contract in the vehicle, when we went back to return the van, he made us pay anyways and kicked us out of the store.Zaid M.

Change the availability for bookings there. I booked for 8am for 6 hours. Only to be told that they did not open until 10am. Then when I came in at 10 I was expecting to still have 6 hours but they booked someone in at 2 so I was unable to finish my move. Also, after they left a message and I called back they tried to say that I did not have a reservation even though they called me first. Also, they told me it was my fault as I could have picked up the van the day before, but I work at night so that doesn't make sense.Shaye E.

Car had snow built-up on it when I picked it up; parking was poor, as there were surrounding cars and other obstacles everywhere; a dangerous area, especially to be backing-up such a large cargo van in such a small space.piotr K.

I rented a van from your uhaul dealer and was SCAMMED. I called to make the reservation and told them no for the extra coverage/ insurance. Then when we picked up the car, no coverage was selected on the computer screen, and we verbally told the u haul dealer â€œno coverage or insuranceâ€. When we saw the charge for insurance on the bill, the dealer said â€œit's part of the estimate and you will not be charged thatâ€. When we received our bill, we were in fact charged that $15 insurance fee. I then called the dealer, and was hung up on twice, and then they refused to give me their name, and refused to issue a refund. These people should not be allowed to represent the U haul name. My next steps are calling the police and the Better business Bureau to report this fraud. This is not about the money to me at all, but rather that they lied and scammed me, and then were rude and hung up on me and refused to tell me their name.liz B.
I rented a van for 9am, which is non-working hours at the location. I was ok with online check-in, but in the confirmation message I got was 10am, working hours. I've noticed this change only one day before the booking, when it was too late to change a location. The van I got was covered in snow and there was no brash provided. The van itself was covered in dirt, including side windows and mirrors. I had to roll down the window to check my surroundings. In the middle of the rental the washer fluid ran off, so the windshield window was no help too. This was quite unsafe ride. On the positive note, the staff is friendly and I wasn't overcharged for anything. Hence two stars, not one.Vasily S.

Fantastic experience. There was two gentlemen that helped me out, when I came to pick up and then when I dropped off. Both were very helpful. I returned the truck a few minutes late but the gentleman that was there in the evening was very understanding and professional. He indicated to me some customers are anxious or angry when moving out and they tend to take out their frustrations on the reps when something doesn't go exactly according to plan. It's too bad they have to go through that as they are both wonderful people and the customer service was exceptional. Thank You!Dominik M.
