The gas guage was not where it was noted and I think the gas consumption would be better gushed by the kms traveled

Rick EThe sales clerk was very nice and helpful. I have no problem with the actual location, but the online reservation system needs to be updated to reflect that the self-guided check-in option through the app is not available there. Pick up was confusing because I chose that option, couldn't get it to work, and only learned that it wasn't offered at this location when I phoned the store for help. More importantly, the truck needs servicing for new shock absorbers and struts. The ride was incredibly bouncy and uncomfortable. Also, the steering wheel was very high. It could not be adjusted to a lower position, and the seat could not be raised. These are both safety issues and they should be urgently addressed.
Dana HService was slow, and prices were misleading.
