Because the location is also a food store, there is other activity going on and miscommunication occurred as a result. I thought he was agreeing to what I said when he was actually agreeing with another customer... In the end all came out well but it might be an idea to completely focus on the phone call with the uhaul client while the call is in progress. And this is no reflection on the location at all, but I had booked the vehicle with another location online and when I received a confirmation the next day, it was at a different location. Finally, if you are booking the uhaul to transport stuff you no longer need, talk to the owner of this location first. He knows a number of families who are in need of stuff. The owner was friendly and helpful, once we ironed out the wrinkles.
