The bed was actually a little dirty from whomever had it last, but not a big issue; I made sure I cleaned it out prior to drop-off. I was a little surprised that we didn't do a quick inspection, etc., but again, no big deal.

This was place was in a sort of creepy place. There were strange men in the parking lot watching my family as we completed the return process. The location was a pain to get into. The return process was simple. It only took a couple of minutes. At my time of return, I noticed I did not get the extra mileage I was promised and had to pay extra. I was not very happy.

Someone took the keys and told me I was good to go. Did not receive a confirmation that the truck was returned had to call 5 times. Call wait times are crazy long got hung up on twice after waiting 15 minutes and had to wait again.

Thankfully this location was wonderful.. metro towing was where we were scheduled to take it. Metro towing absolutely refused to take the uhaul and they were very rude and disrespectful. They said they didn't have room. Trust me, they have a big lot and there was plenty of room.. the lady pushed my husband out the door scratching his arm while slamming the door in his face.. I cannot understand why uhaul would use a place like metro towing who has so many negative reviews online.

1. The truck was dirty. The cab smelled of smoke and the cargo area was filthy. Even our movers commented that we got a very dirty truck. 2. The location was changed on me shortly before my reservation. This would have been fine except the new location did not have the gear that I had reserved ahead of time. This made moving more difficult for my movers, who actually performed as requested.

This wasn't my choice pick up dealer. I was rescheduled to pick up at this location. It was farther away and not in a great neighborhood. Also rescheduled to pick up trailer at different location.

Foodland Market is pretty close to my new apartment, so this was a great drop off location. At first I was concerned about getting the truck into the parking lot (from the busy main road, all the Uhaul vehicles seemed to be lined up along the back of the lot and the parking lot had several cars in it. i had no idea how the heck we were going to get the huge 26 foot truck to the back of the lot to the open spaces next to the other uhaul trucks), but thankfully my dad was driving the truck and he pulled right in and parked in the main lot. i believe the spaces are much longer than regular parking spots, they appear to be made for uhaul vehicles. it ended up working out perfectly. when we went in to turn in the keys, the guy helping us was nice and the inspection went quickly. we went a few miles over, but he was able to go ahead and charge my card on file. Super simple. Quick. The guy helping us was nice. Couldn't be happier. We filled the gas tank when we left my apartment, but there's a gas station right across the street from Foodland Market, so that would be convenient if you needed to fill the truck.

Check in/ Check Out was a breeze here. The service was super friendly and quick. Parking was tight but I think it was due to the time of day (around 2 on a high traffic road).

The location wasn't marked easily and I kind of guessed which door (there were 3 doors from which to choose) to enter but the cashier was helpful. I could only tell it was the drop-off place I was looking for by the other trailers in the vacant lot next to the building.

The guy helping was rude. I asked if he could hook it up for me because it was just me and my sister and he was like really. I don't know how to do that and I wanted it done right so nothing will happen. Plus backing my truck up I hit the ball bc if him. Just rude. I would never use them again.

The location had lots of rough concrete patches and difficult maneuverability. This made it very difficult to pick up the trailer.

Told me to park trailer in a spot that was not accessible until someone else moved their vehicle, never left his chair inside his grocery store. 6X12 Trailer and never offered to assist getting trailer disconnected or come out to verify the 24 pads were in the back of the trailer. I had to find rocks to keep trailer from rolling when lifting it off the ball. Never had anyone not at least assist. Would never use this location. I tried to drop st another U-Haul identified location but fortunately one of the sales persons worn me of a massive charge because it was not the one I chose on line. I called 1-800-Go Uhaul and they confirmed there would be additional charges. Not real user friendly. By the way you would have been better off if I dropped it off to the 1st location. I have rented at least 3 trailers and a truck in the last 12 months. Will be looking to see what else is available next time.

excellent customer experience, they worked to do everything they could to support me as a customer. They explained how U-haul would handle a rental, and could not hold equipment but would worked to let me know if the equipment would be available at their location. They are customer friendly!!!!!

First I live in Nicholasville had to drive to Lexington 20 miles to get truck because someone didn't return the one in Nicholasville and I wasn't called or notified!! Second I had to pay for an extra day because out of town is 12 hrs and in town is 24 which is what I needed but was told I had to pay an extra day so I kept it the time frame. Third I had to pay extra mileage so I could drive 20 miles home to move not even a mile away! Not very happy at all. We opened the truck and there was glass all in it had to sweep what we could out! This is the second time I've had issues with U-Haul it really makes me Not want to use U-Haul anymore! Moving is stressful enough this just made it worse!! Very very frustrated right now

Small food mart with one worker who couldn't leave the counter. Had to wait as customers to the mart kept coming in and buying items while I was checked in. Evidently Uhaul associate was late so I had to hook up by myself.

This is the best uhaul experience I have had. Michael and Jimmy were the agents I dealt with. They explained each rental request in detail. Most of all, the kindness they exhibited was most welcome and appreciated. I will always use this location for all my rentals.

I originally made my reservation at the UHaul on New Circle Road in Lexington, KY, but when I showed up on the day of the move they did not have any of the equipment I reserved two weeks earlier. I had even confirmed the reservation the Friday prior to the moving date. The New Circle UHaul sent me to the Foodland Market where I was forced to take a damaged truck and the wrong trailer in order to complete my move. Neither location had the dolly which I ordered at least a week or more prior. The things that can be improved for the next customer is: 1. Make sure equipment is on site where reservations were made and properly in functioning order when picked up. 2. Make sure when confirmation of equipment is made that the equipment is available on site or the proper site is emailed to the customer with equipment in working order. 3. Make sure there is no major damage to the vehicle and it meets DOT specifications for allotted damage. 4. Make sure all gauges work properly,

The biggest frustration was in the on-line reservation process. When you type in a zip code and select a location for pick-up, I ASSUMED that after receiving a confirmation that I was good-to-go. Not the case! I never received the phone call the night before pick-up that was promised, and when I called early the next morning I found out that U-Haul had inconveniently changed my pickup spot...to a different zip code (evidently they can do this without letting you know instead of making sure the truck you reserved is AT the location that you select). This was completely frustrating!! It all worked out, but the lack of communication on the website and the no-call was not ideal!! I felt lied to and was disappointed in the inconvenience since I routed my trip to Georgetown through Louisville to visit family on the way and then had to drive into Lexington to pick up the truck instead of simply being able to pick it up right down the street from where I was loading in G-town.

These guys are great! I rented a 6x12ft trailer online 10 minutes before they closed. When I showed up they could have been aggravated about having to set up a trailer at closing time, but instead they were genuinely happy to help. I'll be renting from them again the next time I move!

I ordered the trailer just before five and the dispatcher was able to find me a trailer in spite of the time. The people at the store who had the trailer were very nice and helpful, I would definitely use Uhaul again. I did notice that there was a sign in the trailer that 15.00 would be reimbursed for a clean trailer and I forgot the ask the people at Meade rental.

This wasn't your fault, but we originally rented through another location and they called me 15 minutes before pick up time to inform me that the renter of the trailer before me had not been returned and they referred me to this location for the trailer. It not only put us back on moving time but was also further away from my home. In the future if this happens, I think you should call the renter either the night before or more in advance so that they can plan accordingly. Otherwise, the equipment and employees were great!
