The uhual wasnt at 1/4 and they charged me for it . They gave me the uhaul and it was not clean it had dog hair all in it I called told them it has gotten all over my mattress so I couldn’t even keep my own matress and they charged for cleaning fee as well when they have the uhaul to me nasty ! Would not rent again

John BI had originally reserved a truck at another location but somehow they rented out the truck before I got there at my pickup time so I had to call customer service and they found me a truck at another pick up location less than a mile away. At first I was upset about the situation but the lady at the new pick up place was awesome! She was extremely friendly compared to the first location. I highly recommend TM Auto Sales in Douglas Ga to take care of your uhaul needs!!
