The rental van was not ready on time, however I did get a credit from U-haul as it was guaranteed. When i drove the van the check engine light came on and the van lost power when I stepped on the gas. I tried to extend the rental on the app and that wasn't working. They were abrupt when they called and wanted the van back by 6:00 pm even though I rented for the day. I told them that I could get the van back by 7:30 pm and the guy on the phone said that he would charge me for another days rental, so I told him that I was not bringing the van back until the next day. I was told to return the van by 8:00 am the next morning, when I got there at 8:00 am the store was closed. I waited for 15 min. and left cause no one showed up. I called the number that had called the evening before and and left a message about the return. Got back home and 10 mins. later got a call to return the keys to the van. I would definitely review that location and re-assign your product to some one more competent. Regards, Unsatisfied Customer

The can was okay the bottle tray was dirty. The inside of the box I had to sweep as it was pretty dirty inside.

The truck itself was covered in snow and ice and there was no snow brush inside it to clear the windshield. The uhaul rep lent me the one from his car to clear off the snow and ice. I would have never selected this location because it somewhat out of my way. I was sent here by Uhaul after my original location could not find the key to the truck that was reserved for me. This is the real issue that I had with my Uhaul rental experience. Does Uhaul want to hear about that? Does Uhaul really care about these reviews?
Garry KWe have been charged for gas even though we returned the truck with the same amount as when we first taken the truck and we also had picture to prove it. Terrible.

Ghassan AThis location was not the original location chosen for the drop off. The original drop off was planned for ECO Tire Shope, 7255 126 Ave, Edmonton, however we were unable to find it. 126Ave is a dead end back alley at that point. Fortunately I was able to find a spot large enough to turn the truck around. Later in the day I looked up that address on Google Maps. The address actually appears to be the back of the business which is a fenced in used tire storage area. The actual business is on the next street.
