Had hard time locating the pick up location, was called 18 hours before the scheduled pick up time to change locations which was 45 minutes further from my home

The inside of truck was not cleaned ; steering wheel sticky and the windshield was covered in bugs… when I dropped it off I broom swept it it was used to move 2 pallets of pavers the guy said I didn’t clean the back well enough and charged me 10.50 after I left

I got to the place and there were no UHUAl signs and went and knock on a door that had an orange painting and i thought it was the UHUAL office. A strange man came screaming at me i should not go to peoples door and to go to the office that had no sign on this Motel. This man was the one in charge of the UHUAl trucks and he was very disrespectful.

The office is in a strange location, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Access in and out is via a deeply pot-holed drive - this driveway to be fixed to get a better rating.

I had some issues with the mobile check in due to cell phone coverage and the owner came out to make sure was doing ok and offered to check me in at the office. The truck I had ordered wasn't available and offered me an upgrade at no charge. Would highly recommend!

Steering was a little loose but overall experience was good. They could ask the renter to take a picture so they do not get charge for being said we’re not their fault war extra gas in the tank is low.
