I have no complaints about the service or the equipment however the summertime rental rates are a bit crazy.

The owner was running a hotel/motel and had difficulties processing my rental timely. The original request for a dolly and blankets were not in the order and had to return from the trailer when I realized that there was no dolly in the back of the truck. A time waster!

They were caused by U‑Haul’s operational failures. They should be removed from your bill entirely. 🚫 2. The Fuel Charge for 1/16 of a Tank Is Not Legitimate You returned the truck with ½ tank, exactly how you received it. Charging you for 1/16 of a tank is: Petty Not aligned with their own “return it at the same level” policy Something they routinely waive when the starting level wasn’t full
