The office is in a strange location, but the staff was very helpful and friendly. Access in and out is via a deeply pot-holed drive - this driveway to be fixed to get a better rating.

I had some issues with the mobile check in due to cell phone coverage and the owner came out to make sure was doing ok and offered to check me in at the office. The truck I had ordered wasn't available and offered me an upgrade at no charge. Would highly recommend!

Steering was a little loose but overall experience was good. They could ask the renter to take a picture so they do not get charge for being said we’re not their fault war extra gas in the tank is low.

I dropped off truck and made absolutely sure that there was the exact amount of gas in the truck. I was charged $10 for 2 gallons of gas. I called to ask why because I knew with certainty I had filled exactly how I received. I was literally told it was dropped off with 7/8’s gas and I picked up with 15/16’s. I don’t believe it at all. I feel like I was ripped off for $10 for no reason. Honestly feel I get nickel and dimed every time I use uhaul to the point I am actually afraid of the drop off process. Will use other services in the future
