Tail light was out on passenger side of dolly and strap was little torn other then that great experience would come back again in a heart beat great customer service.

charging a 15 cleaning fee on a open trailer is bullshit!!!!!!! there is no cleaning thats being done on a open trailer.. i would like someone to communicate with me why there is a 15 dollar fee, also i didn't see anything on contract about a fee.
Michael lThe trailer was in good condition, the manager hooked it up for me and made sure the lights worked. I never had any other Uhaul rental do that. I appreciated them looking out for my safety before getting on the road.
Erin LI have never had the experience that I had at this location at any other U-hal. After giving all my information online, I still had to supply a picture of my face, front and back pictures of my driver's license, phone number of two different people! U-hal's computer system didn't like anything that me and the teller was giving it!!! It took me 45min to complete the process of just picking up my trailer. Also, after booking the trailer online, I was called later that day, to be informed that the location I picked didn't have it. So they redirected me to this location I'm talking about here that took me 45 min to pick it up. Absolutely will not use U-hal ever again!!
