LYLE MThe online process is easy but requires a lot of photo taking. Same for returns. Location has variety of sizes of trucks and trailers.

RUSTY AThe truck leaked oil in my driveway. I reserved a 24’ truck but only got a 15’.
Lisa HThe bed of the truck was full of trash, including fast food wrappers, crumbled receipts, candy, etc. We had to clean it out before loading. The ramp would not extend so we were not able to use that. We had pre-ordered furniture covers but they were not there. When we returned the truck, they stated that they do not carry furniture covers. They refunded that charge but it would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could make other arrangements.

COREY TIt was not their fault, but my reservation was moved to this location, got there at 5pm and no truck the woman said. She asked me if I wanted to go 20 minutes away to get a truck to go one way. I said no, and she said she would have a truck at 7p. Got there and the man said the truck wasn't back yet. So, I waited and was offered the 20 minutes away truck again. I then said what will happen if the truck doesn't come back. He looked at his computer and gave us another truck. I believe that truck was on the lot at 5pm. This was a mess. I lost 2.5 hours that I could have been loading the truck.

DONALD Fthe local service was great. the vehicle worked with no issues. my issues with this experience were less than satisfactory with the reservation process. I had a one-way reservation confirmed and ready nearly two months early and at the last minute was forced into a round trip reservation which cost me a third more than it should have. for me, the classic bait-and-switch.
ROBERT HManager of this location was awesome! Knowing I had a long distance one-way rental, he went out to ensure the truck was one of his newer ones...only 2500 miles on it so yeah...very new! Super nice and very helpful...can't speak highly enough about them...thank you!!
JEFFREY LI was charged some overnight charge and I called the office from where I picked up the uhaul and I havenot gotten a call back. I need an explanation about this charge and a reimbursement for this charge.

WANDA JI booked my rental on line, and when I got there and explained to the gentlemen at the desk what I needed he did everything he could to get me the best deal possible. He made a few phone calls to try to potentially get me a shorter trip and less cost, and after about 15 minutes he had me out of there with a GREAT deal. I will use Fort Wayne Auto Connection for all of my truck rental needs in the future.

Ronald BOnly complaint is i was charged a 20$ after hours fee. Guy said he'd be closed and told me where to put the trailer..I never heard anything about a certain time to have it back by..

BRADD DLoose rivets on door latch. They sent me to Coldwater Rd location to get it repaired. They, in turn sent me to 808 Washington to get it repaired. By then, I also noticed a tail light out on trailer. I finally got it repaired by tech at 808 Washington. Too much buck passing. Places are understaffed and under-equipped.
DAVID RI am very dissatisfied, I went to pick up the truck and trailer, the guy said there would be a credit if we dropped off to an alternate location, so we agreed. We were charged full price, and told we would get credit at drop off. I looked at paperwork before leaving and the address for original drop off looked like it was on there, I questioned the guy he said that was the alternate location and we will get credit at drop off. So when we got to south bend, we unpacked dropped everything off a day early. I was on phone with u hual rep as the location was closed already and he said to call store about credit in morning. When I called they didn't know anything about it, and said that usually is applied at pickup. I called pickup location amd he said to call u hual. I contacted u hual and after battling and finding out they sent us to the wrong location instead of where the credit was agreed for, we were told we would get a refund. I waited 5 business as stated didn't see anything, waited another 5 business days, nothing, have been reaching out to u hual and they keep saying they sent it. It has now been 14 business days since supposed refund is issued and nothing. I have never had trouble with a deposit into my account, bank has no trace of anything and now u hual wants to be quite..they have no problem taking your money but when it comes to giving it back they wanna be funny and give problems...watch your back and pockets and triple check everything!

JULIE GI spent 45 minutes trying to rent a trailer at the Avilla, IN location. She told me finally I needed a 7.5 trailer and she had a 7.0. When I arrived at the Ft Wayne location, he told me I actually needed a 7.0, but would rent me his 7.5. Almost an hr of my time wasted on misinformation and unqualified service at Avilla.
