Nothing for this rental, everything went smoothly and the utility trailer was great.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkHe overcharged me $23 by opting into insurance I didn’t explicitly ask for. And when he did it he was talking to himself basically saying it wasn’t an option as he was clicking through the stuff on his computer. I just used uhaul a month ago and spent the same amount of money but drove over 20 miles further.
RICARDO MTHIS location...the Lima road U-Haul, is the location where I get the best...personal service. Especially Mike...who always goes out of his way to make sure I have the unit I need. He's the best.
Rusty AThe gentleman I dealt with is a very nice guy had everything ready when I had picked it up. I had to return it next day due to an accident but everything was perfect as far as reserving and picking up
Robert WDrop the car hauler off on Saturday with no problems. Went to drop the truck off Sunday. The hours were supposed to be from 12 to 4. Nobody was there. I was there at 2:30 so we did after our drop off. I think you need to check on your representative.
