I spoke with one of the Uhaul representives the night before who "found" a trailer for me at 5900 N 50 W, Fremont, IN 46737 for a scheduled pickup of 12:30, i arrived 15 minutes after as this location was 5 hours away and the two "individuals" at this teeny tiny hut in a field of 3 trailers decided when i showed up was a good time to tell me they didnt have the trailer for me and sent me 1 hour in the direction i came from to pick up from an alternative lot, they waited until i showed up to do their job and set me back 2 hours from the rest of my scheduled trip, they were rude and unfriendly, why would they wait until i showed up to figure this out??? I dont know, completely FUCKED up my trip and instead of being home at 9pm from my 7am journey i finally made it to my destination around 11:30pm wore out frustrated exhausted and utterly dissapointed in the actions of this establishment, i have never had any issues with uhaul in the past and thankfully the location i was sent to was able to look at their fuckin lot and confirm they had the trailer right then and there instead of waiting for me to show up to check, ive debated calling uhaul but can not muster the respect and decency to not go off on a poor representative that would have the displeasure of speaking to me, i believe the freemont location should have some kind of auditing as they make the UHAUL name look like shit in mud.
JOSIAH HLocation said they were open until 4. Arrived at 2:45 no one was in the office. Reserved online while we sat and waited. Still no one showed up or called by 3:10. Had to call the company ourselves which took another 20-30 mins to finally be able to actually get the truck.

Ryan SThis was the worst experience of my life. We were not given a key code. Not given any direction that there was even a process that we needed a key code. Got to the location and waited and waited for them to open just to find out we needed to get a passcode for a lockbox but was never emailed that passcode so we had to call 2 different numbers for them to troubleshoot the problem. Started an hour late and the truck was in horrible shape.
