How U-Haul Reviews WorkCustomer service was an all time low experience for us. They were very rude and inflexible and despite communication made by us to extend rental time (I had to leave messages because no one answered the phone any of the several times I called) they threatened to report the vehicle stolen if not returned by the end of the day on the day it was returned. I was highly unimpressed with the whole experience. If I could give negative stars I would give this location -5 stars easily
Richelle HMike, UHaul mngr, was a life saver, honestly. If it wasn't for him, I had no choice but to wait 48-72 hrs for UHaul to find movers. I couldn't wait. I have to be back to work in 24 hrs. Mike deserves an award and raise. He and I moved my extremely heavy furniture ourselves from one truck to another. Crappy trip.
