I choose this location because it's closest to my house. I have been here twice and each time, it's a circus. This time i dropped the truck off on Saturday even though it was due Sunday and the location was already closed. Monday I got a phone call saying they billed my card an extra $117 because he forgot he put the key away and didn't realize the truck was already there. This really shouldn't be that hard.

Peggy CDo what you say you’ll do. The location didn’t open until 9 but I needed the truck earlier. The employee told me he would be there at 8:15 so I got dropped off there at 8:15. I stood in the parking lot until 9:05 when the first person got there. The guy who said he would meet me there at 8:15 didn’t get there until 9:10. I didnt expect special accommodations and would have just waited until 9 when you open if the guy wouldn’t have told me he’d be there at 8:15. I had people waiting on me to help me move who had a limited time frame that they could help.
