How U-Haul Reviews WorkI rented it for a Sunday through reservation. Showed up about 12:45 in the afternoon, 45 minutes after it opened, seen nobody was there. Sat on the front porch, didn't have to wait too long, I'm just glad I didn't have a freak out LOL
Jason TNothing for this rental, everything went smoothly and the utility trailer was great.
WILLIAM CHe overcharged me $23 by opting into insurance I didn’t explicitly ask for. And when he did it he was talking to himself basically saying it wasn’t an option as he was clicking through the stuff on his computer. I just used uhaul a month ago and spent the same amount of money but drove over 20 miles further.
RICARDO MTHIS location...the Lima road U-Haul, is the location where I get the best...personal service. Especially Mike...who always goes out of his way to make sure I have the unit I need. He's the best.
