The gentleman I dealt with is a very nice guy had everything ready when I had picked it up. I had to return it next day due to an accident but everything was perfect as far as reserving and picking up

How U-Haul Reviews WorkDrop the car hauler off on Saturday with no problems. Went to drop the truck off Sunday. The hours were supposed to be from 12 to 4. Nobody was there. I was there at 2:30 so we did after our drop off. I think you need to check on your representative.

RANDY SCustomer service was an all time low experience for us. They were very rude and inflexible and despite communication made by us to extend rental time (I had to leave messages because no one answered the phone any of the several times I called) they threatened to report the vehicle stolen if not returned by the end of the day on the day it was returned. I was highly unimpressed with the whole experience. If I could give negative stars I would give this location -5 stars easily
