Over charged me after check in.. no one bothered to check it in while i was there.. said they would get to it later.. I even told them i brought it back a few days early and they charged me for bringing it back 4 days late... Again no one available and no internet connection called UHaul waited over an hour on hold then when person came on said without an internet connection they could not help they put me on hold and 30 minutes later no one answered - took hours to resolve the check in process- finally where I left it I was able to talk to and they took care of it and were very nice and helpful on the phone- UHaul's phone and checkin/ out services are horribleLoyce J.

the only problem I have is with U-Haul that their site was down you charged me two days when I only rented it for one. my time to had to come back another day to sign the contract and pick up the trailer because your site was downBruce S.

Nothing - great experience. The shop was closed for the day, but they had 7x24 hour return, and the owner happened to be going to the location. Very helpful and extremely friendly, we stood outside and talked for 15 or so minutes. Definitely recommend.John C.

Uhaul website was EXTREMELY slow. Both the supplier and I had to wait for a very long time for the U-Haul site to allow us to check the trailer out to me. The folks at a Fort White Automotive where very nice and we checked other websites. They even tried to access it over cell phones. Plan to use Fort White Automotive again.James M.

I was told where to drop it off at and when I went to do so I was told it was the wrong place. I would have to go another 35 miles out of my way to drop it off. I was told I was lying about where I was supposed to drop it off. I had to email customer service the copy of my paper work and it was still a problem. He said oh you are right ok hold on. I was on the phone altogether hour just to return it. All the way around this was one of the worst experience I have ever had. Blood all over my hand no one cared spending more over hour and 20 min just to return it. Customer Service acting like it's no big deal the night I returned it. It COVID and blood all over me that's a big deal.OLIVIA K.
Its a 24 self check.. I preferred a person to check me in. Also charged me a 26.00 cleaning fee which I didn't think I deserved due to getting truck dirty to begin with....CARLOS Q.

Check the tires on both truck and car trailers. We were towing a Subaru up a mountain, in a storm,when the tire blew. We got seriously lucky. We were told it was caused by a wrong size tire. Triple check everything! That's our lives your playing with!stephanie S.

There is nothing you can do to better improve the service. They always check my equipment in first thing so I never have to worry about it. Took the last carrier to O'Brien Florida and had issues. Love my Fort White Automotive!Pauline L.

Uhaul waited till the day before pickup to tell me there was not a trailer available and I would have had to travel 45 minute to pick one up. I had to suggest that they upgrade the trailer at the same price. She should have just suggested it in the first place. Uhauls fault not location. Then when she spoke to me she had the cities confused. Very difficult to deal with.Pauline L.
