There was no live person there, the self-checkin didnt work, and therefore, the reservation was delayed over an hour! Then someone showed up but she didnt have a key to access the reservation. Delayed even more and I ended up having to work with a uhaul rep to process the reservation remotely. The code didnt work on the key box & a rep eventually returned to the site to get the keys! SAME DIFFICULTIES on the return & again, delayed dropping off the truck. I am requesting a full refund to compensate the over hour delay in the pickup and another 40 minute delay in the drop off. What should've been a quick pickup & drop off for a 14 mile round trip, turned into an over 3 hour, frustrating and hot situation. Will NEVER recommend this location.
