JESSE CMy 24 hours of rental was up at 830am and I went to return the truck and the location was not open. I had no experience with the people at the return. So I can not answer these questions. As I was finishing up the return on the app, an employee opened the 7000 amp gate and never said hello or if I needed help. I dropped my keys and took my pictures and payed an extra $10 for going over my miles that I do not feel was right. I was not over by much. You do need to fill the truck up with gas.

ADRIAN FEverything about the location and the staff was great. The only thing subpar was the actual truck. It burned fuel VERY easily and really struggled at anything above 60mph.
Austin HI retuned to four wide in Copley, OH but I haven't received an email confirming the return yet.

JOHN MExcellent, friendly service. U-Haul said I should have my hitch inspected before use. Four Wide Storage checked it over, suggested a different orientation of the ball and changed it right then and there. From pick up, to drop off everyone was very helpful and all went smoothly. Thank you!

P WNot this locations fault but reserved a 15' truck. There were none available so was given a 26' truck at the 15' truck reservation price. However the gas mileage the 26' truck gets cost me more money. Spent over $100 for gas for 200 some miles driven. Wish I could get reimbursed some money for the additional gas cost.

GREGORY KThe U-Haul app had a couple technical bugs rhat made the pickup and return a little frustrating. 1. When taking pictures with the app,it wil either keep asking you to take pictures or you will need to spam the previous button to get out of camera mode and go to the next section. 2. When doing the pickup, I could not confirm information about the truck. When it asked if the licenss plate was correct, neither yes or no would advance the app. I hit yes and the continue bar would not activate. If I hit no, I need to go inside. 3. I was not able to see the contract or confirm the fuel level. So I just filled the tank to full upon my return. The location was one of the best locations for getting a U-Haul and I was happy to have the option of using the mobile app.

Chris PThis particular location did not open until 9:00 a.m. although our reservation was confirmed for 8:00 a.m. pick-up. Fortunately, the UHaul truck was outside the gate and I was able to get the keys using the online system. Online reservation system was smooth and easy to follow. Truck was ready and clean. My only complaint is the pick-up location was 30 minutes away from my house. I booked a truck at a location that was 5 minutes away. Otherwise, the rental experience was good.
Matthew SWhen asked how many miles are you traveling consider the location you are picking up and try to find out how far that pickup location is from where you are going. U-Haul sent me to a location 22 miles out of my way then charged me 15 miles over ($1/mile). They do not give grace for pick up location so be sure to add those miles if you can find out.
