The location was fine. No one told me I'd HAVE to download the UHaul APP in order to pick up the truck. The app fkn sucks, wasted 40 minutes of my time and I hate every single thing about the app. When I was called and the deal was pitched to me the person calling me absolutely should have explained in detail to me that I would need to down load the app and have everything prepped in the app. Instead I checked in via the website then had to do everything over again on site, with your shitty wonky app that sucks donkey balls, which cost me the better part of an hour. So Fox Motorsports is fine. You app is complete shit.

The parking lot needs to be improved. The spaces where the trucks were parked did not seem stable as they were crushed rock on a hilly drop off.

luke dThis facility is a car repair location mainly with many cars parked all over. Extremely limited space to navigate around lot. No one in office upon arrival few minutes before appointment time at 9:30. Didn't feel good about where to park our car while using the uhaul.
