For trailer drop off specifically there was a parked car that made it difficult to back the trailer in. There was a small white car on the side of the shop that was parked when I left and when it came back for drop off 12 hrs later, it over complicated the process for auto trailers specifically because it limits the space to back in and pull the trailer out. You needed to come within inches of the car on exit, but more importantly when backing in. Other than that great experience.

Joseph LThis UHaul facility is excellent. The guys running it are very nice guys and well-organized. The van I rented wasn’t 100% spic-and-span, but it wasn’t horrible either. The “dual” pricing mechanism that seem to be implemented wasn’t particularly clear, and I thought my final bill was higher than I expected, but maybe I wasn’t paying attention close enough.

JORGE CThe pick up location is good, except that they need to be more careful when checking the van's back in. We returned it with a full tank of gas and they charged us a $30.00 fuel surcharge and for 18 gallons of gas. We only used the van for 18 miles. Extremely annoying that now I have to try and correct this.

Eric SWhile we have no issues with the dealer or the operation of the van, we were very very upset that there were countless cockroaches all over our belongings, when we arrived at our destination. We had loaded our items into the van the evening before, so we could get an early start. The next morning, we drove to Philly (about 100+ miles). When we opened the doors to unload, there were adult cockroaches and young cockroaches crawling all over our belongings. We were totally shocked and beyond upset. We took out our belongings, unwrapped the bubble wrap, and wiped down all of the furniture…..praying that we had gotten all of the cockroaches off of our pieces. We had a large rug (8 feet by 10 feet), that wasn’t wrapped in plastic, so we had to discard that rug. The van was a nice and new van. However, clearly it had not been cleaned before we were given the van. Additionally given the level of infestation in the van, it had not been treated for insects…...as there were generations of cockroaches in the van. It was beyond upsetting. We are still extremely upset, worrying if we missed any cockroaches when we wiped down our furniture; frightened that we may have exposed our daughter’s new home to a cockroach infestation; and upset about the loss of the rug. To be very very clear, the infestation did not come from our items, which came directly from our home, which has never ever had a single cockroach. The infestation was in the UHaul van.
