I returned the truck spotless clean inside the cab and box. However when I returned the truck the guy at the place didn’t even come outside to verify anything. It was after I left and next business day when I see invoice I was charged for cleaning fee because there was some mud on the tires. Never heard of this before. And will not use U-Haul again unless this is resolved

Jason SUSE THIS LOCATION!!! Best customer service I’ve experienced period. Made a stressful situation into a smooth ride. There was an issue with the truck we rented and they handled it immediately! My wife asked for pointers on driving the huge truck and they were more than happy to oblige. Made us feel like a priority and they are all so friendly.
Joshua MWe dropped off the truck after hours and the entire lot was very dark. No outside lights. It was not a good place for after hours drop off. Maybe fine for day time but not at night. No idea if personnel were helpful or not but you don't give any other option in this survey.

Jeremy AThere is nothing wrong with this location as far as a U-Haul dealer. The issue for me is the distance and time I had to drive to get a motorcycle trailer. Nearly an hour drive each way is a little to much especially after an 8.5 hour drive back from my trip. U-Haul needs to make sure that other U-Haul locations are equipped with these types of trailers as well.

Andrea CDropped off the trailer after hours. Process was great with the app. The parking lot wasn’t really set up very well for dropping off U-Haul equipment, but it wasn’t that bad. Just moved to this state, but I would use this location to do business again I think.

Gregory TEquipment was clean and pick-up/drop-off location folks were excellent. The horn did not work and the headlights were out of adjustment. At night had to drive with high beams on all the time. Otherwise truck was good.

ROBERT TSafe travel rate was almost double was was quoted and was told to Jane back on lot before they opened Tuesday, which we did. Prices were not what was quoted by company, not by the location. Fred was great. Uhaul needs some work.

He went above and beyond, in getting us the size truck we needed, and secured it ahead of schedule, just to be sure that our pick up went smoothly. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I would not use anyone but Fred in the future. Thanks again Fred!
