So, not the fault of the man at the pickup location but he didn't really know what to do. He tried calling someone for help but it took about a half hour to get a hold of him. The phone app is for the birds. Where this vehicle was parked it was impossible to photograph the truck as dictated by the app. The truck itself was idling poorly and thought it would stall... Upon returning the truck a different man, who had a very bad attitude unlike the first man. asked me to park the truck (back in) in a very tight area where his own vehicle was in jeopardy of my hitting which i did not but refused to move his car. He offered no assistance at all in checking out. All around a very poor experience.
