Change the tire and align the truck. It should never have been rented out with how hard it was pulling to the right. Owner was very kind but that doesn't change this bad experience.

Glenda PThe truck was bigger than I was comfortable driving. The rain made the truck handle poorly and it bounced so hard I got a super bad migraine. Moving is stressful and the “drives like a van, hauls like a truck” slogan is not at all true. Bounces all over the road and will shake your belongings no matter how tight you pack them with pillows. This truck leaked and my boxes got wet yet I put more gas in than I used…your welcome.

MARK FKeep the company bureaucracy out of it. I had an a problem not with the local rep nit the company reps calling after my agreement with the local rep was made and telling me I couldn't have the truck for the time I needed it. You don't call me, you call the local rep and make it right. What the company wanted wasn't feasible. I was get the truck for only overnight. 200 miles, loading and unloading with my working on Friday. Tell me how that's feasible. The bureaucracy with this and the last time I dealt with the company for some simple moving boxes makes you all look like incompetent dolts. I have no problem with the local rep. The company itself is the problem.

Kayla FNo one was arround to except trailer on this day, however the security guard assisted with self check in process. I would not have been as dissappointed if I had not been told a trained U-Haul severcie provider would be available for disconect and check in. An untrained security guard is not a trained severice provider.

VERNON SIt was a difficult task to try to get access to the truck. The fact that there was no attendant weighed heavily on this. Cell hone coverage in that area is poor at best. You need someone there to dispatch the truck!
lyman CImprove the app/web browser. It skipped half the steps, never saw the pics nor the milage and gas to compare. Better service for key location and password. Had to call in to find the key, and the doors were unlocked.
Trevor WVERY unprofessional. The place was covered in political banners and the employees were ick. I felt extremely uncomfortable picking up my equipment from them, and would NEVER recommend this location to anyone ever ever again.
