Hi, I have a concern about a recent attempt to use my credit card by someone at your location. A few days ago, I rented a van, but I hadn’t made a reservation in advance, so the person assisting me asked for my personal information to create one. I provided my full name, address, phone number, email, driver’s license, and credit card details. The issue is that I haven’t shared this credit card with anyone in over three months, and yesterday I received a fraud alert from my bank (Chase). They declined a $26.50 transaction at “FISHER CENTER AT BARD” using the card ending in 6070 and asked if it was me. I replied “NO.” This makes me suspect that someone who assisted me during the rental process may have used or shared my information without my consent. Please look into this matter and speak with your staff. It’s very serious, and I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Thank you.

Truck right mirrors are loose and can't fit into a position. Also, I asked and told to the person who completed my booking to give the option to drop off location to a given zip code but she missed it. While giving back the key I said to the man who inspected the vehicle that my phone was dead hence I couldn't do the return on the online app but still charged an extra amount

I had notified the clerk I would be returning the U-Haul at a different location. She said it was no problem. However, when I returned it I was hit with a $200 fee for "Wrong Location Drop Off". I didn't appreciate it since I had done my due diligence to let them know.
