On pick up, the female staff, member was good, on return the male staff member was very rude. The truck was dirty, the check engine light was on and the window crank on driver side was broken. They didn’t seem to care

Easy pickup/drop off location and friendly staff
Andrii TI requested to return the truck to a location closer to where I unloaded my belongings. However, the store owner where I picked up the truck instructed me to return it to the original pickup location instead. As a result, I had to drive the truck back to that location, which caused me to accumulate approximately twice the mileage I otherwise would have. I believe I should only be responsible for the mileage related to my one-way use, not the additional miles incurred due to being required to return the truck to the original store. I need a refund for this! Im not satisfied with the service of this store.
Marconi RTruck was old, yellow engine light on, poor suspension that has seen better days. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful
RALPH PChange oil warning, no washer fluid, rattled like it was going to fall apart, too dirty to see through rear window, wouldn't let me pay cash.
Kyle SI was being overcharged. The U-Haul was not clean in back. No furniture pads. No one was there to help for anything. They were not at all trained and had half information about everything

Hyun SI rented a cargo van for 3 hrs , the bill ended up way above the cost I expected . Picked up the van at 10:30am brought back at 130 pm the bill was 113 $ and I think I came up with 52 $ , so they must have made a mistake . Can this be checked ?
