The van smelled like they had transported animals and manure in the unit. Was told it was $.99 per km for the rental and then it was $1.19/km. This location has no concept of what they are doing and could not even print the contract for me to have a copy in the van as my husband did not have his phone with him. Was unable to complete the contract as I’m sure the never advanced it to Uhaul. Will never rent at this fly by night, money laundering location again!

Pick up was fine, but Uhaul was horrible in that they did not have available what we had booked and let us know only 24 hours before.
Zachary WThis are very unprofessional people. I took the truck at 3:30pm. At around 3:48pm I returned the truck because the guy where I supposed to pick up the furniture called me to cancel. The guy was accusing me that I have to pay additional money because I took the truck since yesterday while I did not stay with the truck even 20 minutes. He made me wait for almost an hour talking on the phone, to finally realize that the error was on his side. So desapontes.
Filipe PEquipment was fine but the pick up and drop off was inconvenient. I reserved the u-haul and during the confirmation phone call, I was told that I could pick up after the time reserved, just to call before arrival. I called earlier on the day of pick up and was told that I would be able to pick up at any time and that I could come earlier if I wanted. I drove almost 30 minutes to pick-up (this was the only location with the unit available), and was told that it wasn't there when I arrived. I came back at a later time and was told that even though it was picked up past my rental time that I would still have it for 24-hours. On the day of drop off, I got a phone call letting me know that I was late and that the next client was there to pick up the vehicle. This was under the 24-hour hour mark and their rental was the exact time as my original drop off. I was informed that they didn't change it on their end. Drop off was a lot quicker than expected. They basically took the keys and said "k you're good to go". I wasn't given anything to sign, I had no idea how much I was getting charged - nothing. No communication. This is the 3rd u-haul that I've rented in the last 2 months so I'm not unfamiliar with the process. Will not rent from this location again.

Paulo HVehicles are not clean, they smell so bad I had to drive with the windows down. I think someone may have poured piss down the heat vents or something. It was dirty inside and out. There were items left apparently from the customer before. The gas was at like 1/2. So I had to put a guessed amount of which I put way too much and paid way too much. The person renting it out was a grocery store clerk and I had to stand in line at the grocery store to rent. Then I had to pay 1$ per km on top of the rental fee which was not clearly communicated. Soni ended up paying $115 for a 4hr rental. I could have rented a truck for 24hrs for $50. Honestly, I don't think I'll use U-Haul again unless I absolutely have to. I will say that the people were very kind and I appreciate that aspect. But it's almost like people are unaware of what a good renting experience takes.

Andrii TI requested to return the truck to a location closer to where I unloaded my belongings. However, the store owner where I picked up the truck instructed me to return it to the original pickup location instead. As a result, I had to drive the truck back to that location, which caused me to accumulate approximately twice the mileage I otherwise would have. I believe I should only be responsible for the mileage related to my one-way use, not the additional miles incurred due to being required to return the truck to the original store. I need a refund for this! Im not satisfied with the service of this store.

Hyun SI rented a cargo van for 3 hrs , the bill ended up way above the cost I expected . Picked up the van at 10:30am brought back at 130 pm the bill was 113 $ and I think I came up with 52 $ , so they must have made a mistake . Can this be checked ?
