Staff was super friendly and helpful. Cargo van was very functional. Tough for me to get too excited about a cargo van though. A little more noticeable signage along Harrisburg Pike would have been helpful to know that this address was a UHaul location would have been helpful. It was nice to be able to return the van after hours and get an immediate notice of the amount.DARLENE I.

They're not a hub. I guess I got lucky in that they had what I needed in a trailer but had no furniture blankets. It was fast and convenient to reserve through the app. They didn't have all the supplies I needed, like moving blankets. Looks like I got charged anywayJAMES H.

The only issue I had was they didn't carry any materials and I had purchased a mattress cover. We had to go to the original location on Georgesville Road to get that.GREGORY F.
The mobile pick up is a pain. My vehicle wasn't available as reserved, so I was redirected to a location that was closed on the weekend and required mobile pickup. There is no way to hold uhaul responsible for problems at pickup or drop off. In spite on the missing equipment and low fuel gage at pickup, and the 50 minute phone call to report it, we were still charged extra at drop off. I did dispute the charges with uhaul at drop off, but never received a response.Elizabeth E.
I had some trouble getting the door open. It seems that it had been awhile since it had been used and the door was a bit rusty. Maybe some WD40 or some silicone spray might help but once I ran it up And down a few times it became much easier. The trailer tracked perfectly and I had no trouble at all with the way it pulled. The attendant at the shop was plasent and efficient. I would not mind leasing from that location againPAMELA O.
The truck I rented was absolutely filthy on the inside. I was also overcharged for my rental. I'll definitely look into another truck company if I need one in the future. Extremely disappointed.CARLITA L.

The Truck I rented had an air conditioner issue, undiscovered until I was driving on my trip. It would kick off on hills then come back on after the engine wasnt under the load from going up hill. quite an inconvenience driving from Ohio to West VirginiaRobert M.

Informed them upfront on fees. Clarify and make sure the customer understands his/her contract and if they are picking up and dropping off at the same location. What's the sense in driving an empty truck back to Newark when my final destination is Columbus. Your service is terrible, and this entire experience is nothing but a nightmare.Akeem A.

OK, so I ordered the truck, and selected the mobile app pick-up service at specified time, 8:30 am, and location, Friar Motor Car. Upon my arrival, the mobile app service was not set up. No truck. And, the business was scheduled to open, at 9:00 am, so I waited. At 9:20 am, nobody had arrived to open the business. At 9:25 am, a mechanic approached me, and gave me the keys to the truck. I believe his name was Bob. Well done on Bob's part. I do not know if the business ever opened or not. For future rentals, if U-Haul is going to promote mobile app pick-up, your businesses should ensure the service is set-up. On my end, the truck was clean, well maintained and ready to go. Well done. However, I lost a valuable hour which could have been spent on my move. Several individuals had to wait for my arrival in order to get the job underway. Thanks for taking this into consideration for future customers.patrick H.
They take money out of your account that you don't even know they are taking it. Then you are screwed for 3-5 business days until they can credit you back for their mistake. Never again will I rent from uhaul.Tasia B.

The young guy was helpful but the windshield had so much dead bug splat u could barely see thru it. I didn't choose this location i was sent by uhaul out of my causing xtra miles and expense. Lastly they have no supplies here? So i had to go to another store to pick up shrnk wrap, tape, mattress bag etc etc. this is a company that puts itself first and could care less about its customer.Denis H.

Online truck availability tracking system very helpful after I learned how to use it. Can't understand why a 15 foot truck rents higher than a 20 foot truck. I needed a 15 foot but was too far away so rented a 20 close by. When rented truck at dealer he still had to enter my credit card info that I had already given online when I reserved truck. There were taxes and other miscellaneous costs at rental time that were not available on reservation. Twenty foot truck used less fuel than expected and truck was very easy to operate. I started with 1/4 tank and filled up truck because I thought I would need at least 3/4 tank. After completing the trip I still had over 1/2 tank. I should have calculated better and could have saved about $20. in fuel costs.Walter S.

The location was great and the people there were nice. I would however like to point out that if I had to rate U-Haul overall I'd give it a 1. They handled my situation extremely poorly. I made a reservation for 7:30 am and then U-Haul switched my reservation to 9 am, at a different location.. without even telling me. They said they left a voicemail but the only voicemail I had from this local area code was 2 minutes of silence. Why on Earth would anyone be okay with having their pick up time moved ahead 1.5 hours at a different location? What's the point of making the reservation then? You don't book a hotel only to show up to find the front desk clerk saying "sorry you booked it for today but we moved your reservation 8 miles down the road and we moved it to tomorrow". In our case time was crucial and if I had known that my time was going to be moved, I would have looked elsewhere and moved on a different day. It really ruined the whole experience and the U-Haul service rep for the area (not at the location, they were great) really didn't seem to care.Mason H.
