We had thee BEST experience with the staff AND truck at Friendly Automotive on South 1st. The truck was actually comfortable (which shocked me) and did fantastic I'm the snow and slush. Windshield wipers even worked better than my personal truck. All of the accessories were also attached inside the truck in case we needed them like a dolly and blankets. That wasn't the case in years past. Great job!MELISSA B.
On line reservation is a joke. It let's you believe that you have reserved the truck/trailer at the location you chose. But in reality they do not have it there. But they will call you hours later and tell you the closest truck/trailer is 70 miles away.BRUCE S.

This facility was ok. The covid19 procedure in place for the customers did not afford conversation about check out and equipment like normal. There were only check in on app and text/ email communications about the truck. I was unable to see the attached copy of the agreement due to my phone.Michelle H.
I return the truck I asked the attendant to inspect the truck make sure its good clean conditions and asked fo r final invoice he said they will email me later , I received the invoice and saw $10.00 clean up I believe its just not right we did not inspect the truck together and he charged me extra $10.00Sandor I.

More parking for customers, UHaul also needs to update its computer network, penny wise ,dollar foolish,old saying. Your system over charged me and this time I was charged the right amount ,but today I see UHaul withdrew more money from my account. No warning receit,email nothing!Bill S.

When we were rerouted to this location, after the prior staff gave us a location that stopped accepting uhaul trucks for over a year, this location was friendly, and helpful. The staff helped us with directions and assisted in return of a truck in what was otherwise a horrible uhaul experience.Amanda C.

The app was horrible. We ordered a dolly and furniture equipment that was not present. We had a hard time checking the truck back in as well and needed to call u-haul customer service.Hailey B.
I booked a truck at the location near my home and near where I was moving the items. When I went in to pick up truck I was told it was at their downtown location. I then had to go there to pick up and had to pay .89 per mile for and extra 15 or so miles. Not a big thing but not very customer friendly,either.JIM P.
Uhaul was very helpful. It was the managers at the pick up facility that didn't know anything and they were so rude when they had to refund a portion of my money. Waited for a call back for hours. When I did get through, Damion was extremely rude and said he didn't have time to talk to me because he was busy with other customers. Would not recommend to anyone.felicia G.

Didn't have the size I ordered resulting in a smaller truck.. extra loads. Quoted $119. Charged $240. I did fill the tank back up to 3/8, as I filled it another person watching the gauge. They charged for cleaning & nothing was in there because glass broke & we swept it all out. Tried calling U-Haul, waiting for reply still via email. I shouldn't pay extra if you don't have the truck I ordered. It was sitting there with a bad transmission, it's an auto repair place. I need another one this weekend but will look elsewhere & not use U-Haul. Charge was not authorized by me,Judy C.

Have trucks with full fuel tanks. It's difficult to gauge how much fuel will be used on your trip. This is one reason why U-Haul is always my last choice to rent from.Jay T.
Did not have my truck or info at the 58th Ave and Summitview business when I went to pick it up. Had calked about 3-4 days prior to reserve and gave them all my info. The guy at the summitview store was rude when I asked him if this is where I was to pick up my uhaul. He said maybe and did not appear to to be motivated enough to make my experience great. I was then re asked all the rental questions again and was told a 15 ft truck was available at the 5th avenue and Nob Hill Blvd store which was about 7 miles east of my original pick up spot. I was not happy since I live on the west end of town and my move was on the, West, end of town. It cost me more for mileage due to a far away pick up and drop spot. This location on summitview makes me want to tell all of my friends to never use uhaul again. The guy was a taller thin white guy with facial hair. Not happy with his service. So this place is called "Friendly Automotive"... They aren't too friendly. And they're also late coming in when opening. I waited there for almost 10 minutes after they were supposed to be open at 7:30 AM and they were still not helpful until 5-10 minutes after they arrived.Brianna Maria C.
