There was an apple airtag in the cab. It was not placed by myself or anyone I know. It was discovered halfway through our trip, when we got a notification that an airtag has been following us. It was located and removed upon drop-off by an employee. Overall the experience was pleasant, however the thought of some unknown person tracking our every move is very unsettling.

DEBORAH HI returned the truck the next afternoon because we needed the truck /moving truck to move my suv. We did not need a box truck and never opened the door to it. my car broke down 6 hrs from where I live. I feel i was overcharged when I returned it, the person was impersonal and stand offish like we were bothering her. She added milage at a high price which i tried to find out and was lied to by a second personel when I called to quition the email reciept. and then give a second phone number which they would not answer. I will never use this location again. I was also given a high price for the gas I was not able to refill, do to being on SS. I believe these people rip people off ,

KRISTI LLocation was closed on Sunday. That wasn't necessarily the issue. The location is an auto body shop with limited room for storing larger moving vans. Also, the app was a bit sluggish.

VICKEI HThe trucks are not clean and the space is very small. They don't have the same amount of availability because of the small amount of area. The uhaul was not cleaned out front nor back. Unless you're on this side of town this location doesn't hold much appeal. Incorrect gas level when I picked up the truck as well. Said half a tank when it was well below that. I think checking the trucks better would benefit this location. Making sure they are cleaned and the gas level is kept the same pickup and drop-off.

Brianna JBe told by the location that the parking lot is very limited in pulling in or out. We had to take the trailer across the street to drop off the broken trailer and the service guy had to bring a new trailer over to us.
Robert MMotor vehicles should delivered full of fuel and returned in the same manner. This assists the customer in a trip without having to quickly stop for fuel or have to guess when to fuel for the return. This is consistent with other vehicle rental policies.

Teresa LI drove 7 miles. Got charged for 7 miles. I put gas in the vehicle and brought a receipt. I got charged for 11 gallons of gas. How does driving 7 miles take 11 gallons? It doesn't. Something isn't right. Refund requested.

Lorenz LVery nice and polite. Only suggestion I have is when you rent the 26 foot truck that they tell you that you will be charged a fee for using the dolly and blankets. I am handicapped and can not get in the truck to read anything about this. I have a dolly of my own but the people helping me move used it. They don’t speak or understand much English. Had I known there was a fee I would have told them not to use it. I’m on social security and this was not budgeted for. That was $10 that I was going to use on something else.

ELVIRA LI was told that the truck was cleaned, however, it was not and I had to clean it first to be able to move a mattress in the truck. I took pictures with my cell phone if you would like to see them. You can reimburse me for the additional cleaning that I had to do. Also the requested furniture pads were not available.

TARA SFriendly Automotive definitely lives up to their name! Everybody is very kind. This was my first time renting a cargo trailer from U-Haul and the entire experience was a breeze. From the rental, to the pick up, to the drop off it couldn't have gone any smoother. I rented a 5 x 8 enclosed trailer to haul a couch and it was the perfect size and the trailer was very east to tow. I will definitely use the U-Haul location at Friendly Automotive West next time I need a trailer.
peggy kI Was unable to get in the truck due to a lack of adequate steps on it's side. Had to let my son in law take it.
JOHN MMy only complaint with the location is the truck parking area. There is really no area. For the average driver, it is impossible to back it in to on of the spots. Having a bigger parking area would make it easier for the customers to park when returning the truck. Truck was very clean, customer service was very friendly. ps, I didn't even try to back it in.

Noah BI spent a half hour trying to upload a photo of the odometer on your app. It wouldn’t let me upload a photo and the photo I took with the app didn’t upload. I ended up going to the website to manually upload it. Using the app wasn’t easy at all.
