The parking was difficult for our large 26’ truck.
Gina AThe location itself was great, provided easy exit to the main road so that I could travel back to the city where my original reservation was set for (45 miles away). It's not the fault of the location that U-Haul dispatch called me up the afternoon before I was set to do a 1-way move for my student back from college and they relocated my rental from Ellensburg down to Yakima. Self-service check-out of the truck was okay but it's a little tight for taking the required pictures of the truck without moving it. Key retrieval is clearly marked. I did get a Check Engine indicator about 60 miles into my rental but the truck seemed to operate OK (could've just been a Change Oil or something else). A/C worked strong.
John JTruck was dirty. Could barely see out of the windshield. Interior was dirty and smelled like smoke. Back was dirty as well. Employee was very nice. I also did not get the eqiipment I resrved.
Matthew SPicking up was a breeze. Staff was great then, small issue with the lights but they fixed it right there and even hooked up the trailer. Is a small location so driving trailers in there is tough. When we were dropping off, as we were unhooking, the coupler was having issues. Instead of helping, they stood and laughed by the garage doors. Other than that, was pretty good overall.
