Picking up was a breeze. Staff was great then, small issue with the lights but they fixed it right there and even hooked up the trailer. Is a small location so driving trailers in there is tough. When we were dropping off, as we were unhooking, the coupler was having issues. Instead of helping, they stood and laughed by the garage doors. Other than that, was pretty good overall.
