When I drop the truck none of your employees says can I help you? Second, after the lady check the gas tank, I ask to charge me on the gas that I used and she said that would be $54.00 extra on the extra gas but she didn't tell me about the extra bill of $55.00? Please credit me back.

Gina AThe location itself was great, provided easy exit to the main road so that I could travel back to the city where my original reservation was set for (45 miles away). It's not the fault of the location that U-Haul dispatch called me up the afternoon before I was set to do a 1-way move for my student back from college and they relocated my rental from Ellensburg down to Yakima. Self-service check-out of the truck was okay but it's a little tight for taking the required pictures of the truck without moving it. Key retrieval is clearly marked. I did get a Check Engine indicator about 60 miles into my rental but the truck seemed to operate OK (could've just been a Change Oil or something else). A/C worked strong.
