TLDR,... self check in sucks,...get rid of it asap! Immediately get rid of the customer self check in process coupled with the threat of being charged an extra $20 bucks for the convenience of having someone else check it in! I should receive a $20 discount for doing uhauls job of preparing the truck for the next person! After a day of moving items on and off the truck...no one is going to be excited to stand around in the dark taking pictures of a truck you can't even see in freezing temperatures. Take pictures of the mileage, take pictures of the side of the truck, take pictures of the back with the liftgate open, take pictures of where its parked,...allow location finding....what? ....really?.... On top of that,... I was lucky that I even had my phone with me with otherwise,...there would have been 0 pictures to upload. No consideration for the availability of data access or network connectivity. And then suggesting that all of these steps are to make it easier for the next person to find the uhaul. When you drop the key into the keybox...the next customer is going to have to go inside the office to check out the uhaul and the keys and go through this whole process all over again. Its redundant. Get rid of it asap! After this whole photoshoot experience,...that was the tipping point. I don't intend to rent from uhaul ever. I will find some other way. Uhaul used to be the go to place for moving trucks,...but after today...I feel like the someone who is being punished because of uhauls previous abusive relationships and trust issues....

24 Hour pick up before site opened. Had an issue with a lock on the bay door of the truck and unknown combination. It should have been removed prior to rental. However, national site contacted the owner of the business and he was there within a few minutes to assist. Which greatly reduced the stress of the situation.

The employees at the location were very helpful. However, we reserved the truck to be picked up at 730am with online mobile pick up we were unable to get the truck due to us having an out of state license (we are military) so we had to wait for friendly pawn to open at 9am in order to do it in person. Their system wasn’t working which then put us behind schedule and we didn’t get started with our move until almost 10am. They also did not have the dolly available that we reserved.

I was charged for a dolly that I did not get, I had a smaller one than I requested. The packing blankets were not in the closed bag like I was told they would be. I put gas in truck and was charged for gas.

The vehicle cab was very dirty and smelt of bad body oder inside.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The trailer was not in good condition. The door was difficult to operate due to previous damage to the door and tracks being bent. Additionally the weather stripping was falling off and prevented the door from normal operation.

Very courteous and professional. Obviously highly knowledgeable about the Uhaul rental process enabling a quick, easy pickup and drop-off experience. A pleasure to deal with. Not that common these days. I would definitely use them again and recommend this particular Uhaul rental store to everyone.

Even after paying $250.00 these guys still squeeze out $10 out of me for fuel when I have a picture of the gas guage and it's exactly on 9/16 fuel. Just another way to RIP you off

Maybe, after hooking up the auto transport in the back of the store, dont abandon the customer to load the vehicle by themselves. Auto transport had a low tire that blew out during the trip.

I called to ask about renting a truck for 2 hours so I can move a bed and a dresser. To get the bed I had to drive 25 miles to a neighboring city, there and 25 miles back. I didn’t have the truck for even 2 hours and I got charge $80.00!!!! $80.41 to be exact. Never will I ever rent from uhaul again that was the biggest rip off I have ever seen in my life! Extremely disappointed then I was told that if I didn’t return the truck I would have to pay for the next reservations move! Are you serious? I would never recommend anyone to rent with uhaul. The trip took no more than $9 in gas and I was told that I would have to pay $30 and an additional $5 for them to fill it up? Y’all are getting over on people!

The return drop off location charged my credit card for fuel when the tank was half full as it was when we picked it up and did not tell us they were charging my card. The only reason I knew my card had been charged using the card I reserved the truck with was when I reviewed the receipt that was sent to me in an email. This is unacceptable!
