The pickup was delayed by 2 hours. It was a little frustrating, but they were very apologetic. The truck was mostly clean upon pickup. We noticed what looked like animal fur throughout the cab and there were cigarette butts in the back. Overall, it was a good experience and the location/employees were great! One of the tire straps appeared to be dragged on the ground and was worn down. Made me anxious about using trailer. I did not see this until loading the truck after pick-up - would expect Uhaul to fix this or decommission equipment before renting out. Also had to request new wiring because harness when I picked up was worn from dragging on ground. Uhaul should check this before renting and having a customer request.CHARLES Z.

Driver said that front end vibrated whenever he turned the steering wheel to right or left. The pickup building really needs to be cleaned up. IT was in disorder, smelled bad, and was dirty and greasy. That being said, the people were really nice, polite, and informative.Arlene S.

Enforce no smoking in vehicle., Vehicle that I got was just turned in and had been recently smoked in and dirty. Had to clean the interior before using it. Also, driver side door seal was separated from sill, causing excessive wind noise. With no alternatives, was forced to use it for two days. Another issue: Vehicle that was assigned initially wouldn't start. Pick up time was delayed by 3 hours. Not happy from the delay, and then finding the cab smelly and dirty without another vehicle available earned U-Haul and the facility the poor review. The $20.00 up charge for returning it to a closed location is in my opinion, a very poor business practice as well.DAVID E.

Truck cab was not clean. Nobody did a walk around with me. Didn't find out until I dropped the truck off that I needed to inspect it first. Nobody told me this information. Clean the truck so the next person doesn't get charged an extra fee to have it cleaned. I was not happy to get charged an extra$25 for someone else's mess. Which was not fair to me. Nice customer service, but the truck was disgusting. Filthy inside, bug ridden windshield, very old and overly used. The steering was atrocious and required a lot of work to maintain. I maid the reservation, in person, in one place and when i arrived to pickup the trailer Uhaul had moved my reservation across town and did not tell the place I rented in from or me. If I wanted to rent it from across town I would have. Apparently the place I rented it from typed me phone number in wrong. Still not happy as this is the second time I 've rented from Uhaul and it is the second time they messed up my order. Not a good average so far.James P.

I was the only one there to pick up a trailer so the process was easy; employees pleasant to work with.Arturo C.
Truck was fine except the inside stunk and windshield wipers need to be replaced. The main problem I had was not with the location but with uhaul mobile pickup. I followed instructions on my phone and was instructed to get acquainted with controls, lights, etc. As I did this, I was on a screen for an agent. I couldn't find keys anywhere. After 15 minutes of searching vehicle while it was pouring rain outside, I ended up calling uhaul directly just to find out the agent I was waiting for online would verify me and give me a combination to a lockbox to get the key. My reservation was 7am, I didn't get key until after 730am. Maybe note the entire process online so customers know they will need the online agent to get key and give an approximate time frame. I started my move behind schedule which frustrated my moving helpers and myself.Paula T.
Try to verify the trucks box isn't leaking if possible. Although I understand things happen, my surround sound system was in the overhead area and was ruined from leaking rain water.Travis L.
