I was very detailed about my usage and this take was literally right above 1/4 of a tank. I came back after 24 miles and that needle BARELY moved. I was with my my range of mileage, and nothing was damaged, but then a $29.95 truck that was used to drive 12 miles to pick up my tools and bring them back to my storage next door to the facility turned into a $93 bill. They charged $24 for 4 GALLONS OF GAS!!!! Are you kidding me. Be careful with these ppl. They’ll screw you on that. Again, that gas needle barely moved and I got charged an extra $24 for 4 gallons of gas. I definitely won’t be using that place again because I’ve never been charged for gas at a U-Haul before. I will not use this location again.

JEFFREY PWhile Dillon was friendly and helpful, when I got in the truck there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas left. I had to stop and get gas. Which if that is how it is supposed to be, it needs to be in the contract and or sales pitch, that you will have to put gas in it especially with gas prices being as high as 4 dollars in the Chattanooga area. The person to use it after me will hopefully be grateful that there is now at least 3/4 a tank of gas…
