I originally reserved a trailer online at the hwy 58 location and when I arrived I was told the trailer was not there and was never there. I was told UHaul will let you reserve equipment at locations knowing the equipment is not there. Why would you allow this? I will never use UHaul again for anything. I was never contacted and told the trailer would not be where my reservation said it would be. Extremely irritating and unprofessional. The employee basically told me that it wasn’t his problem and the blame is on UHaul. The second location I went to was very helpful, professional, and overall a great experience. But because I had to drive 30 minutes to get there and the trailer wasn’t where I was told it will be, I will never use UHAul again for anything nor recommend to anyone. I was moving that day, and did not have time to run around town looking for a trailer when I had a reservation for weeks and you knew all along that my trailer would not be at the location I reserved. Pathetic. I have the Red Bank location 5 stars because they earned it, but the Canon Self Storage location on Highway 58 gets a 0 and UHaul gets a 0. Screw you guys.

I was very detailed about my usage and this take was literally right above 1/4 of a tank. I came back after 24 miles and that needle BARELY moved. I was with my my range of mileage, and nothing was damaged, but then a $29.95 truck that was used to drive 12 miles to pick up my tools and bring them back to my storage next door to the facility turned into a $93 bill. They charged $24 for 4 GALLONS OF GAS!!!! Are you kidding me. Be careful with these ppl. They’ll screw you on that. Again, that gas needle barely moved and I got charged an extra $24 for 4 gallons of gas. I definitely won’t be using that place again because I’ve never been charged for gas at a U-Haul before. I will not use this location again.

JEFFREY PWhile Dillon was friendly and helpful, when I got in the truck there was less than a 1/4 tank of gas left. I had to stop and get gas. Which if that is how it is supposed to be, it needs to be in the contract and or sales pitch, that you will have to put gas in it especially with gas prices being as high as 4 dollars in the Chattanooga area. The person to use it after me will hopefully be grateful that there is now at least 3/4 a tank of gas…
