Robert CRental was great, however the verification process was very poor, requiring contacts to call makes it hard when you’re doing late night pickups.
Joshua JDrove 7 miles in a van and ended up with a $12.75 fuel charge, for 7 miles driven.

TAMMY LOrdered a trailer that ended up to be too small for my load. Friends made it easy to upgrade to the next size up trailer. I would recommend renting from them again.

IMMANUEL DThe app to check in and inspect/verify the equipment was terrible. Took 15 minutes to try and upload images and I was never able to get it to work. Kept loading and saying error when uploading. Otherwise if was a fine experience.

William OI loaded the truck an had it ready to take to other place an when I unloaded I noticed my stuff was wet up in the attic an when I returned the truck I asked if the could work with the price because I had pictures an a video an nothing was offered I got wet stuff an its cause of the leak
TODD STrailer advertised as 6x12’, but ramp is much narrower. It is misleading to advertise this as a 6” trailer.

JONATHAN CU-Haul charged me for 3 gallons of gas after I already had filled it up back to where I received the truck. I only drove 11 miles. I want to be refunded for the gas U-Haul charged me.

THOMAS HWell they didn’t have the promised equipment. I had a reservation for a cargo van but they didn’t have one. I’m pretty sure my reservation said I get compensation if the place didn’t have what they said they have, which didn’t happen. Also, after they switched me to a truck, they said the truck was full of gas but after I filled it up it was apparent that the tank was not topped off. So the staff was very nice and tried to make things smooth, which I appreciate. But I don’t see how I can be gaurenteed a cargo van and then get there and it not be there. I specifically drove further to this location because of the cargo van. And then I had to pay more miles because of the location selection.

Timothy CBack gate on a U-Haul trailer was still hard to use. It was better than last time, but it still wanted to go up by itself and not stay on the ground after putting it down. I was told by the person running the store that it had been repaired

pauleen cPlease make sure you check out the truck before renting to next person. I found debris behind and around the seats. Windshield wipers were horrible. No windshield washer function. I spent some time cleaning the interior (steering wheel, windows, door pull, etc) to remove dirt and grease so I could feel comfortable driving the truck. Staff was friendly.

Vernon WArrived and the truck was on less that 1/4 tank (convenient since the location is a gas station). Dirty, beat up and the brakes were EXTREMELY worn out. Had to stand to the pedal to get the truck top stop. Nobody could tell me where to drop off the truck, we LITERALLY had to guess. People were friendly enough.
