BRIAN NHad question for manager. He Had just closed but was inside and he wouldn’t open door. Then he came out to his car and I called to him several times but he obviously ignored my presence. I simply wanted to query why I had put more gas in the tank as opposed to when I picked it up, yet the phone app kept saying that I did not fill it up all the way to the same level as when I left.

RADU CDriver door lock barely functional. Truck shifted terrible. Drove like it had more than 138000 miles. Have better experience with the uhaul centers. Front desk staff were not friendly. I have rented many uhauls over the years and always get paperwork. I received no paperwork upon check-in.
SHERI SThe mobile app froze on me twice and I kept having to start over. I didn't get to take a photo. The gas gauge was almost empty. I did take a photo with my own camera I just didn't have the ability to upload it. I only drove 15 total miles. I put gas back in,. When I first got in the truck the computer said 50 miles to empty. After I put gas in it was above where it was when I returned it . I was charged for gas anyway. I tried to contact customer service to see if I could send in my photos but was transferred and then on hold too long and had to start my job. Very disappointed that I had to pay for gas when I had already put more gas than I has started with.
Christina PI’m extremely disappointed and saddened that I chose U-Haul especially this location for my move. The truck I was given was in terrible condition. The steering was so misaligned that I had to constantly hold it to the left just to drive straight, which caused arm pain that lasted the entire next day. It’s shocking that a vehicle in such poor condition would be handed over to a customer, especially for a one-way trip covering several hundred miles. To make matters worse, the front bumper was already half-detached when I picked it up, and it eventually flew off on the interstate hitting the truck behind me. Thankfully, it wasn’t a car behind me, or the consequences could have been much worse. It’s unacceptable that a company like U-Haul, which charges premium rates, would overlook such basic safety and vehicle maintenance, putting customer safety at risk.
Sudheerkumarredd BThe truck was on E when I picked the vehicle up and that’s how I returned it and they charged my card 85$. Also the man was very rude upon my arrival as the lady who was running the building was out. I will never rent from here again

OLIVIER-CHRISTOP KIt was raining the whole week I had it and got wet on driver side due to gaskets coming off and raggedy and the owner or whoever he was upset bc the truck wasn't returned the day hecwas very rule. I wouldn't recommend this location due to unprofessional white people and their raggedy trucks.

CHANDRIKA WTheir system was down when I checked in. Not a huge deal, and they told me they were going to put a hold on my card, but they said it could be switched back to my corporate card when i returned it. Unfortunately, when I returned it they told me they were switching the whole amount to the corporate card, but processed the hold amount on my personal card after collecting the rest on the corporate card.

Demanded money to be paid upfront for a past due amount my daughter rented 6 years prior on here own. I Did not rent it for her and it was not associated to me? Extorted that payment and told me if I didn’t like it Go elsewhere!

MARIETTE RI've had 2 bad experiences with this location. They can't get their billing right...always tries to charge me for more days that I use. Very frustrating. And you can't reach anyone to fix it.

Theresa WArea Mgr Caleb was EXTREMELY helpful. Missed placed the key and he met us with a new one! Drop off date was delayed due to family emergency and he was so patient and accommodating. Young lady at check out was so helpful, polite, happy. What turned into a disaster of a move for us… was handled with such grace by this team. My husband and I are so grateful to U-haul for being a positive experience during a difficult time.

I rather drive to a further location than to go back here and be treated and belittled the way the I was by the owner.
Christiana HI picked this truck up just before 3:57pm on January 28th. My original pick up time was for 7am January 29, but was told I wouldn't be charged anything extra and could still return it to the drop off site in Dallas by 7am January 30th. I got a text from the pick up location right after picking the truck up that said it was due back to the drop off location at 3:57pm on Jan 30th. It also gave me the same info in the App when I checked my current reservation. However, my contract that was sent to me with details said it was due back at 3:57pm on Jan. 29th (which made me nervous that we could finish by then given the rain in the area). Luckily we finished the move before that time, but you might want to make sure the App and the actual contract are consistent. Otherwise, a fantastic experience!

Christopher KThe trailer was absolutely filthy with mud caked all around it. When I returned it to the drop off location, I was asked why it wasn’t going to South Carolina. Apparently, the pick up location completely mixed up the paperwork. Fortunately, the drop off location was able to sort it out.

SHARON EWhen I received the truck, it didn't have the dolly that I had rented and the tank gas was almost empty. I was expecting to start my house moving right away but instead, I lost half of the day trying to get the dolly in a different location and going to put gas.

STEVEN VFirst van had a dead battery, but I was in a second van within minutes. Van could use a cleaning, but it was acceptable. Nice couple with cute dog.
