The return process was excellent. I had some questions about where to park the truck because the location was not clearly marked on the map. An employee quickly came over, showed me exactly where to park, completed the entire return process, took all the necessary photos, and checked the truck in for me. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without any stress. Great customer service!

Nancy JI was charged for a toll fee, which is total bullshit. You should have toll tags on all of your vehicles.
Mark CThe Truck was blocked, we couldn’t pick it up until the next day! That changed all of our plans and with the TX heat it was very challenging for us and honestly the service was not what we expected, we’ve been to this location before and we didn’t care about the money but the customer service experience was disappointing. Work on that and this location will have more clients
