I have no issue with the location itself; my concern is more about the interaction with the staff. When I was there for pickup, I encountered an elderly gentleman, and I felt that the interaction could have been handled with more patience and consideration. Please keep in mind that a customer may be someone who has never rented a U-Haul before or may not fully understand how the process works. If someone seems unfamiliar or confused about the process, I believe it’s important to be patient, understanding, and considerate rather than making them feel uncomfortable or ignorant. A little more guidance and courtesy toward customers who are unfamiliar with the process would make for a much better experience. I certainly do know why I had to experience such situation but I do not want to bring that up and I certainly hope I am wrong.

Benjamin SI had issues putting the key in the lock box when I dropped off the rental at 9:51pm because there was no instruction on how to lock the lock box. So I ended up put the key in lockbox 3 but could not set a lock.
