I arrived after doing a mobile truck order. The truck was not ready and was not available for a mobile pick up. I was standing outside in 100 degree weather for over an hour! Zero help over the phone and the location was closed. I was backed up on my moving and didn’t even start until it got dark. This was a horrible experience

Imran BThe truck was clean and ready at reserved time. However the truck drove like it needed a check up. Automatic shifting was smooth. I also did not have a lot of confidence in the brakes so I kept my speed between 40 and fifty. I was glad my trip was in town and not long distance.

HENRY FThe side view mirrors were covered in dirt. The front windshield was dirty. You should buy some windex and towels and clean these mirrors when equipment is returned. Is a safety issue. Otherwise, the staff at this location were efficient and polite
