How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe staff is over the top. Since I rented from this gentleman, I don’t wanna rent from anybody else unless the location just isn’t good, but I tried as much as possible rent from here. Super nice guy.
Jeff LThe person running this business is quite rude. - Cancelled our reservation because we didn't pick up the truck in time (?) - the main reason for choosing this location was flexibility in time due to mobile self-checkout... - So we had to call the representative to "reactivate" the reservation, which possibly led to the next problem: - The original reservation was for 2 days, the new/restored one appeared to be for 1, which no one noticed as we were late already. As a result, they quietly extended the reservation to 3 days , calling closer to the end of 2nd day (when we were on our way to return already) and stating the fact that we're 1 day late, then hanging up (!). We returned the truck as expected on the 2nd day but were charged for 3 as a result, which is a big deal for nonprofit organization (scout troop). Cherry on top is the truck with promised full tank of gas was <3/4 full at the pickup so we had to fill twice - not a deal breaker, but adds to the picture. Will not rent from this location again...
Sergey PI have two different dollies. I never once used the uhaul dollie, in fact, I never even requested the dollie in the truck. The dollie wasn't tightened down properly when I picked up the truck, but I didn't think to check. The dollie fell over, resulting in the green uhaul strap to break. Again, I never used the dollie for one second. I was still charged $21 for the use of it. Not cool Uhaul, not cool...
Christopher CI had requested a 20 foot truck, but when I arrived they only had 15 foot trucks available. This required me to make 2 trips which doubled by total rental cost. Also, the property is small. If there are several people picking up at the same time, it easily gets over crowded. They recommend parking across the street to minimize traffic.
