We moved from Texas to Colorado and the move went well but we were displeased on the fact that you rented us a uhaul that had the engine light on the whole trip. It was very uneasy and at times the engine would slip. The fact that we were going such a long distance we felt as if our safety was not a concern to your company.

In my case, I took the word of the attendant that the tank was full, Mistakenly, I didn't double check although I had expected the vehicle for any damage so I would not be held accountable for it. When I brought it back with a full tank, I presented the receipt to the attendant. He could readily see that the the tank must not have been full. 42 miles would not nearly 8.3 gallons to fill it. That works out to about 5 miles to the gallon. That attendant recognized that it was an oversight by someone at this location. He immediately said U-haul will make this right and would reimburse the cost I incurred filling up the tank. I would have been happy just to be reimbursed for what I was responsible for but he insisted that I accept full reimbursement. That certainly gives me confidence using a company with integrity. I will definitely use them again. Thank you U-haul.

This is the second time I got an Unacceptable Rental with this office. It was not cleaned out, very dirty, I had to sweep it out myself I had to sweep it out myself. Number two, the battery failed after just leaving it parked at the venue that I was at in Frisco, no lights were left on on the unit, also there was no washer fluid in the reservoir, and the lights were so misaligned I could barely see at night, of bad road hazard. How do you halls that I’ve been Add have better units that are well-maintained. This one not so much it is on Gary Burns Boulevard in Frisco Texas.

I had an issue with receiving a call from Uhaul about an hour before my reservation time telling me that the Uhaul I reserved was double booked. I ended up keeping my reservation after I explained my situation to the rep but I thought that that was so unprofessional.

I have been charged twice for the same rental date. I paid online and when I went to pick up the Truck despite stating I had already pd I was charged again. I did add on more equipment so I expected to pay for the items added on. Please reverse the first charge paid online for 142.83 on 9-24-2018

Updated office area and better parking when having to leave a vehicle. I was also not told nor aware of being responsible with hwy tolls. It was never mentioned and then I receive a late/past due notice of additional charges related to the toll(s). Not good business.

I was not informed that I should add the trailer plate number to my toll tag account prior to the rental. Today, I received an e-mail from U-Haul detailing toll charges and administrative fees. This could easily have been communicated prior to the rental and avoided the excess charges.

I was moving from Dallas to Orlando, reserved a trailer Monday for Friday 7am, plenty of time you would think but NOPE, I had to go to 3 different locations to get the trailer (30min from me) to top off my bad experiences, the trailer had a licking roof, it rained during the drive and of course some of my stuff got water, boxes got ruined, took longer to get every out, when mentioned this to Uhaul returning it, she said we dont deal with this types of stuff. Well ok then thanks Uhaul.

The original reservation was set up at a location closer to my home and the trailer was not available when I went to pickup.I had to drive to Frisco and was told that I would receive a $50.00 credit which i did not receive.

Not only was the location terrible. But the trailer was parked in a muddle puddle on a dirt parking lot. It was in a dang swamp. And the order number came in wrong which they blamed on corporate. So we had to wait for almost an hour to be fixed. Also the the left blinker light was not working and it was not fixed by them or anyone. They said we would have to drive it like this or take it to another location for the trailer to worked on. Never going back to this location, maybe not uhaul altogether. They should have compensated me for my inconvenience of the wait as I was on time for the pick up and they should have made sure their equipment was up to par before allowing it to be rented out.

Well, first of all, the People working there need to learn some customer service skills. My husband and I rented a van for an event I was catering, and when we went to pick it up, there were two people manning the desk. One was busy with another customer and using the only computer available. The other waited ( if you can call it that; he never once looked up from his phone) on us and was extremely short and rude, with me. When we returned the van the next day, one of the employees was sitting in the middle of the drive ( preventing us from going forward) and he was playing on his phone. When he finally moved, my husband went in to return the keys, and the same guy waited on him.. His only words were “Put the keys on the desk and you can go”, dismissing him and never cracking a smile, saying hello, or thanking him for his business. I do a lot of catering, so I deal with retail shops, bakeries and other stores, and this was one of my worst customer service experiences. I will not be going back!

The pick up location was fine. The problem is the reservation system that tried to change my reservation the day before we needed it. I will NEVER use UHaul again. We booked weeks in advance and I had to leave a funeral to straighten out the mess with their last minute attempt to change it. Extremely frustrating. I am a long time UHaul customer. Not anymore.
