Location was on a dirt lot, so vehicles were pretty dusty and some mud on the floors. The vehicle operated fine but the lock provided to secure the back of the truck did not work so we had to buy are own lock. Not a large problem in the scheme of things. Turn in process and check out processes were very quick.
Matt LManager was yelling at customers. Visibly irritated because he could not access the u haul software, but when the other employee came in she ran it fine. While waiting my turn, he backed a truck I to the office trailer. My truck made odd noises in the rear end, I went around the block and went back. Had him drive it and he said those were all normal truck noises.
marvin bThey forgot to put the dollies in the truck and I had to go back to get them wasting moving time. People there seem to be in a bad mood except for the young man who was nice and helpful. This was my first time and the last one going to this location.
