Air pressure censor was on. I stopped and put air in but sensor stayed on. I didn't even drive the truck the 2nd day because I was scared about the safety of the tires. Hence it was only 9 miles Driven. I paid 30 for safe move but their suggestion was to call for roadside assistance. I ended up parking the uhaul and paying someone to move my things. Complete waste of $. There is more as my reservation wasn't in the system orginally

We showed up right at our pick up time, and the building was locked. There was no signage that it was a U-Haul facility other than the trucks parked outside. Called the phone number we found online about 15 minutes after our scheduled pick up time, and was told the employee was 10 minutes away. 30 minutes later when nobody showed up, I called back to inquire when they would arrive. After being told that I didn't know how to read a clock and that it had not been 30 minutes, I was reassured that the employee was right around the corner. Proceed to more than 1 hour after our scheduled pick up time and we're still waiting, I tried calling again. We made several attempts to call over a 15 minute period and nobody ever answered. It wasn't until 90 minutes after our scheduled pickup time that somebody finally showed up. The employee made no apologies, and initially gave us the keys to the wrong truck. All in all we were 2 hours behind schedule by the time we had the truck keys in hand. I understand being late, but being insulted on the phone and lied to about how long I'd have to wait is what caused the most frustration. I do not recommend this location.

#1) Then 10' truck I reserved a week before wasn't there when I went to pick it up. Instead was a 15' truck, although more than I needed and no extra charge, it was difficult to maneuver into the space I needed it for. #2) I had a crew waiting for me and this change caused me to be be 45min. late. #3) there was not place to park my car while I used the truck! #5) I was overcharged $10,! Luckily I spotted it and after a lengthy phone call to Uhaul, I was finally credited the $10. #6) Trying to reserve the truck on line was a nightmare! I asked to reserve to at one location, got the confirmation and when I went to that location, it was at a different location! I NEVER RECEIVED ANY NOTICE OF THAT CHANGE OR THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CORRECT TRUCK! #7) 9 out of 10 times in my life if I have to rent a Uhaul truck, something GOES WRONG! Engine blows up, transmission falls out, tire runs flat, radiator has a hole (all real experiences!). Unfortunately Uhaul is the only game in town....Personally IO liked PENSKE.

Tje mileage and gas didn't match the amounts on the paperwork and i was billed an extra $74 in charges that were not valid. And the truck was not clean when I picked it up.

Called to confirm pick up as I never recognize a call from them the day before as the confirmation email said I would and were not friendly. Picked up the truck and had 6 miles to empty, filled up the truck with gas. Returned the truck with more gas than what I had when I picked up the truck and Uhaul is trying to charge me additional fee for that. The agreement says to turn the truck in with more or same amount of gas when you picked it up.

There was garbage in the vehicle and the passenger door would not latch all the way. There was an employee smoking marijuana in front of the store when I arrived. I shouldn’t have expected much from an authorized dealer on after 2 on a Saturday but I won’t ever go to that location again. There was also a bunch of trash stuffed under the seats in the cab but I didn’t clean that out myself.

The inside of the rental was extremely dirty, there were two large pieces of plywood left in the back along with dirty and leaves. Make sure to check your rental before pulling off and take lots of pictures. They also are low on supplies so make sure to call ahead to see if they have the moving supplies you wish to use. I travelled to three different UHAUL or UHAUL related partners before I gave up and bought moving blankets from Walmart.

I had selected Leland drop off, which was at the end of my road. U-Haul updated it to this downtown location that is not in a good part of town waited till 9 o’clock, and nobody opened the security gates that led to the door of the place. So I just left the keys in the dropbox.

They were not open when they said they were open. I had chosen to check-in in-store because I heard online check-in was awful. Went there three times that day, the door was locked all morning. The open sign was on. Called U-Haul, I was told my reservation had been changed to online check-in. I was not informed it had been changed. When I did the online check in, it told me to go inside. Couldn't do that. Talked to another customer service person, they said someone else had taken my truck, that the location had no more keys in their lockbox. They said they would call for someone to come help me. About 15 minutes later, someone came to give me keys to the truck I had checked in for. Another person had the same issue, and they had to cancel their movers because their move was scheduled earlier in the day and they weren't able to get the truck they had reserved that morning either.

I was 10 miles over my limit and had to pay additional money. The location of my pickup was further than what I asked for. I went from the pickup location to the place I was moving from, same city. I then proceeded directly to where I was moving to and then to that location for drop off, same city. I have no idea who calculated the miles but give a little buffer will you. That is crap!!!

We were in and out in less than 10 minutes. Representative was friendly and knowledgeable about UHaul processes. We had a successful move and will continue to use UHaul.

I needed the truck at 8am. Sat in the parking lot for an hour on the phone with customer support trying to get the the mobile check in on the app to work. It couldn't find my location. Then tried multiple times through the website before I got it to work. At 920am while I was pulling out of the lot with the truck, someone showed up.

I had a reservation. Nobody was at the location for my pick up. It took over 40 minutes for someone to get there. I was told it had a full tank when I finally got someone on the phone but in fact it was almost empty. The truck wasn’t swept out prior to my getting it. This is the worst location by far I have ever picked up from. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION. I wish I had read reviews on this location prior, but was trying to use location based on location.

This location is in a very questionable area. No one acknowledged me even after speaking to them they just turned and walked away. The truck was dirty with only 12 miles left before it ran out of gas that’s not safe. The truck had a huge whole in tire, rim bent. Did not get the appliance dolly that I paid for. Will never go there again

The location was well kept & clean. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. The young lady that checked me out was very pleasant and helpful. The Van was clean & had an air freshener in it. But had a slit Oder of a wet dog. This is not a reflection on the U Haul operators at this location. It appeared an effort had been made to neutralize it. Van drove good air worked grate. Would defiantly use Front Street Market location again was verry convenient to the venue.

I booked my rental from 9am to 9pm. Was told when I arrived they had triple booked my rental for 4pm and 5pm that day and needed it back by then. I told them I rented it first and I could possibly do that. When I returned the "agent" got mad at me because I refused to back the vehicle into a tight spot. Thats not my job. I adked for a receipt and he said they dont have one and they would email it. I received nothing. Terrible location, terrible employee.

There were no parking spaces. I had to park the truck behind another one blocking the other trucks that were parked in spaces. A vehicle pulled in the parking lot prior to entering the lot but the occupants appeared to not be customers or employees since they never left the vehicle. They parked next to another vehicle that had occupants. Dropping off the rental and the return process was good.

Extremely unprofessional, waited lan hour for the employee to arrive and give us access to the vehicle, she claimed she lived far away so that is why she was over an hour late. Extremely inconvenient when you’re working on a tight schedule. While we were waiting we tried to contact someone and was unable to reach anyone to help.

We reserved truck pickup in one location. U-Haul changed to a 2nd location, then to a 3rd location. We went to pick up truck and the place was locked. No instructions on how to pick up truck and finally called U-Haul to find out that we needed an app to pick up truck. Thank God one of us had a smart phone, but needed to call U-Haul Customer Service to get help getting to key. We have used U-Haul many, many times. This was, by far, the worst experience ever. We are 70 years old and using a phone to pick up and drop off a U-Haul was exhausting and frustrating. I do appreciate the lady on the phone who stayed with us during the pickup process. Never again. Customers should know ahead of time if a place is closed/just a pickup location with no personal customer service. This experience just added to the overall frustration of moving. In addition, truck wasn't really 'clean', but it was acceptable since it appears U-Haul doesn't clean out trucks the way they used to.

Agent at pickup didn't know how to complete my paperwork. He had to FaceTime someone on his cellphone and they had to walk him step by step while he had his phone facing the computer screen. Afterwards it took him 50 minutes to find the key to the lockbox to get the keys to the truck. After trying several times and coming back and forth from the outside looking thru things he didn't have the right key and had to call someone to bring him another key. My overall experience was a pure nightmare because I was given the wrong size truck, apparently my rental was mixed up with someone else. I will definitely not recommend this location to anyone. Thanks to my drop off location they were able to figure out what the problem was and they assured me that I would be getting reimbursed for the wrong size truck they gave me
