Only have complements. The agent at the pickup location was an excellent U-Haul agent. Her shop was clean and business like. She was knowledgeable, courteous and attentive. The truck was ready and the checkout completed efficiently.
Carl M.You can make sure the trucks has gas in them before a customer picks them up. Thie truck only had 1/4 tank of gas in it

Ryan M.Ordered and paid for dolly which was not in truck. Had to sweep out dirty truck before we could load anything on it. There was not a full tank of gas so had to gas up. Keys were not easily accessible due to lock box number on reservation being wrong. Manager had to meet us there to unlock a different box for us. He was responsive and helpful though so we were not too late to meet the laborers.
