How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt was really just the drop off. It was a little bit confusing at first, but it’s all electronic and it was easy once I did it on the app, but I wouldn’t say the location is inviting, but it does work.
Magdalena PThe two times we have rented from this location on the weekends it has been a lot of trouble. We have had to call customer service each time. The store was to be open it wasn’t. This last time the lockbox would not open delaying us up to an hour. I would not use this location again but as a last resort.
