Your company screwed me. After I RESERVED a 26' truck, you had NONE available. I wrote an e-mail to support@uhaul, and it has been more than a week and that too has been ignored. PLEASE FIX THE WRONG YOU HAVE DONE.

The cab was muddy and had sticky drink spills on center console. The truck had issues with the TCS so cruise control was unreliable. However, they did have the truck ready on-time and with all ordered pads and dolly.
DAVID HStayed a few minutes after closing time and helped us get the trailer parked. They were extremely helpful.
Hal SThe tire pressure was too low and the check engine light is on. I ordered a dolly, but it was not included.
Jane GStaff was super helpful, very kind. A/C was out in the van though, which was awful.
