The location was well kept & clean. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and accommodating. The young lady that checked me out was very pleasant and helpful. The Van was clean & had an air freshener in it. But had a slit Oder of a wet dog. This is not a reflection on the U Haul operators at this location. It appeared an effort had been made to neutralize it. Van drove good air worked grate. Would defiantly use Front Street Market location again was verry convenient to the venue.

I booked my rental from 9am to 9pm. Was told when I arrived they had triple booked my rental for 4pm and 5pm that day and needed it back by then. I told them I rented it first and I could possibly do that. When I returned the "agent" got mad at me because I refused to back the vehicle into a tight spot. Thats not my job. I adked for a receipt and he said they dont have one and they would email it. I received nothing. Terrible location, terrible employee.
Daniel R.There were no parking spaces. I had to park the truck behind another one blocking the other trucks that were parked in spaces. A vehicle pulled in the parking lot prior to entering the lot but the occupants appeared to not be customers or employees since they never left the vehicle. They parked next to another vehicle that had occupants. Dropping off the rental and the return process was good.
Andrew M.Extremely unprofessional, waited lan hour for the employee to arrive and give us access to the vehicle, she claimed she lived far away so that is why she was over an hour late. Extremely inconvenient when you're working on a tight schedule. While we were waiting we tried to contact someone and was unable to reach anyone to help.
Peyton A.We reserved truck pickup in one location. U-Haul changed to a 2nd location, then to a 3rd location. We went to pick up truck and the place was locked. No instructions on how to pick up truck and finally called U-Haul to find out that we needed an app to pick up truck. Thank God one of us had a smart phone, but needed to call U-Haul Customer Service to get help getting to key. We have used U-Haul many, many times. This was, by far, the worst experience ever. We are 70 years old and using a phone to pick up and drop off a U-Haul was exhausting and frustrating. I do appreciate the lady on the phone who stayed with us during the pickup process. Never again. Customers should know ahead of time if a place is closed/just a pickup location with no personal customer service. This experience just added to the overall frustration of moving. In addition, truck wasn't really 'clean', but it was acceptable since it appears U-Haul doesn't clean out trucks the way they used to.
