andrew sVery disappointed in customer service. Misleading with no follow through. The business where we were scheduled and confirmed to pick up our Uhaul truck was closed upon our arrival. We were not notified of this nor we were able to obtain the keys from the lockbox. We spent hours on the phone with Uhaul customer service representative, Nikkole Bower who promised a 200 refund on original payment for the hassles. We had movers scheduled who had to wait 2 hours for this issue to be resolved which included hunting down the owners to the business where the truck was located in order to finally get into the lock box. I have spoken with Uhaul 3 times now and am not getting any help or response.

Gregory MI've moved 4 times in the last 2 years. I've used U-haul every time. This was the absolutely easiest, fastest and most friendly U-haul experience of the 4. I HIGHLY recommend the Howard City location. Britney was awesome!

Angela MYour representative didn’t tell us that we would need to present the contract at the drop off location. It got lost in the moving confusion, which caused undue stress. Also, they locked on our hitch/receiver, so we paid the Marysville location to take a blow torch to remove it.
DONALD WVery nice people. Really helped us out with a tow and a uhaul rental. Very accommodating.
