From the start of pick up, I had problems with getting into the truck The U-Haul dealership advertises online that it’s 24 hours service but when going into pick it up, they are only open at 10 AM to 3:30 PM. I was running a little behind in traffic and I was a little over my schedule time and within that one hour they were already trying to charge me $125 late fee, but I was on the phone with U-Haul support trying to extend the trip. Once upon return the owner of this neighborhood, Dealership continue to call me six different times asking where his truck was and told me I said 30 minutes 45 minutes ago in a very rude voice. I had dropped the truck off and put the keys in the dropbox and once the keys were in the dropbox both him and a female were yelling at me through a security ring camera but their English was so broken. I was very hard to hear them, once I completed my trip I was heading home and he had called me a couple more times threatening that if I didn’t turn around and go back to the dealership and park the car where he wanted it that they were gonna charge me another $125 late fee. I have been very loyal to U-Haul and have been using your truck services at least five times a month and I have never ever dealt with something like this or unprofessionalism as such as this. Please look and investigate the U-Haul in Fullerton off Orangethorpe Avenue. Thank you for your time -Mr. Hernandez

SYED HTruck has one or more severely warped brake rotors and I chose not to move the second storage unit because it felt unsafe on the freeway. Truck is clearly poorly mechanically maintained but was clean inside.

Cain GRegarding the 15-foot truck, if you want people to check the oil when they fill with gas, you should put insulation around the radiator hose near the oil dipstick. That hose gets very hot and it is difficult to check the oil without pain from touching the hose.

MARIO MThe only thing I wasn’t too happy with was when I told them that my rate was different when I made the reservation they told me that it couldn’t be changed even if I contacted U-Haul directly. He even went as far as to say that I would end up paying more. Thankfully I messaged the U-Haul customer service through the chat function and they were able to help me right away. I was very pleased with the customer service provide through the app.

JOSEPH EWe booked a vehicle for one day at this location. As this was so close to our place, we did the opt for an insurance at the time of booking. We returned the truck safely within 24 hrs. But when we went to drop off the keys, the lady there asked us to drop the keys only and assured that she will do the rest of the dropoff procedure. But when we got receipt, they charged us $15 insurance without any information. When we did contact them, they refused to assist and hung up the call. Never gonna recommend Uhaul at this particular location. Too bad !
