The manager gave me a service which I have never seen in both pick up and return. Extremely helpful. Much much better than any other place.
Muhammad Ahmad J.I'm happy with the equipment and with the corporate support/service but the location was very seedy and I was nervous approaching the vehicle because it was obvious vagrants had been using the space for drinking and I wasn't sure if anyone dangerous was around. I was also unhappy with the mobile pickup process because it required turning on my location and I could not get that working so we had to call the 800 number which resolved things but I feel I should've been able to pick up the vehicle without dealing with location services - maybe haveQR code on the vehicle that we can scan to confirm we're physically near the vehicle.

Edward V.I have a problem with being charged $9.75 for gas, I brought the truck back with the gas at the same level as when I picked it up. I have pictures to confirm.
