It's on the main road, but not easily visible. It looks like a junk lot. The interior is dirty and cluttered. The staff was not friendly or helpful. They were not rude. They did answer my questions. But if I hadn't asked anything, they would have told me nothing. The same story at both ends of the rental process.

Daniel MStrasser Hardware Inc Has some of the most poorly trained staff for U-Haul, I don’t think it’s their fault but U-Haul as a company - does not train vendors of their renting policies and practices. Additionally, we spoke to a headquarters employee over the phone October 16 in the afternoon who was very apprehensive and rude. We wanted to change our drop off location since Strasser Hardware Inc failed to update our reservation drop off. This corporate employee was not helpful and did not point us in the right direction to update our reservation, instead she wanted to make our process worse by recommending we turn back from our 3 hour trip to make changes to our reservation back to the original location. She said it was the best option and we should have done better. Worst employee and hope this comes back to her. Thankfully google and the U-Haul app was able to help a million times better than some corporate employee. Hope U-Haul takes this in consideration that an app does a better job for customer satisfaction than some lady in corporate office.
