Would have been better with the smaller truck but all they had was a big truck. All in All a good experience.

This is a no-person location. Navigating the website to do everything I need to do before being allowed to get the keys..... it was VERY frustrating. It was also zero degrees outside. What was the point of having a reservation if no one was there to see if I picked it up or not?
Stephanie CThere was no one there even though I had a scheduled pickup time. I had to go into a mall and into a store to find someone who could come out to the outbuilding and finish the paperwork.
JOSEPH SMy only issue with picking up the equipment was that the representative did not confirm payment amount before finalizing the order and I was charged an additional $25 fee that I originally opted OUT of when setting up my reservation that was non-refundable. Otherwise a very smooth pick up.
Jeremy KCustomer service was amazing! Very friendly and very apologetic that it was returned with oil on the floor. This location is million times better than the Beechmont location, which I will never return to. This location, is friendly, helpful, very quick and easy to work with!
